"This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The value for money is absolutely spot on in every aspect. I wanted a comfortable stay within the scenic area, so I booked an on-site hotel. After comparing several options, I decided on the Tide Resort Hotel. The moment I arrived, I experienced what true exceptional service feels like. There was a dedicated staff member managing the shuttle bus at the hotel entrance, and as soon as I walked in, someone was there to help with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk upgraded my room for free and patiently explained how to use the services included in my package. Later, I encountered a small issue and asked the front desk for help. Without a second thought, they immediately upgraded us to a suite after confirming the problem. They even had a staff member accompany us to view the new room and help with our luggage. We were absolutely astonished by their generosity and hospitality – truly a home away from home. The room was spacious and very clean. There were welcome fruits on the coffee table, and the bedside mood lighting was lovely. It also featured a large bathtub, and the minibar was complimentary, stocked with various drinks and a bottle of beer. The TV offered unlimited access to a wide selection of movies. The breakfast restaurant was huge, offering a diverse array of options including salads, breads, cold dishes, and fresh squeezed juices, all with plenty of choices. They also had freshly carved ham and steak. It's rare to find a breakfast spot that serves three different types of pizza! In four words: Unforgettable and captivating."

"This hotel boasts a great location, approximately 300 meters from the West Xizha South Gate, with plenty of local restaurants about 100 meters away, making dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel consists of three three-story buildings, all equipped with elevators 🗗 for easy access. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and hygienic. I particularly liked the beautiful bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas. I had a very satisfying two-day stay."

"For our two-night stay in Wuzhen, we chose 'Jintang'. Upon arrival at the scenic area, we were greeted by the handsome and steady 'Xiao Fan' at the entrance. He arranged a sculling boat for us, which took us along the waterway directly to Jintang. Pushing open the two-story antique wooden doors, we were met with a striking combination of vermillion and emerald green. It was a perfect blend of the ancient and the modern. As I savored a cup of crimson hibiscus tea, Xiao Fan had already completed our check-in. He also set up our facial recognition for entering and exiting the scenic area. Xiao Fan then led us through the hall and around the landscape to our room. The room featured dark green wallpaper adorned with plum blossoms, complementing a vermillion bronze bed. With the tea snacks and afternoon tea on the table, accompanied by refreshing green tea, our three-day Wuzhen journey officially began. A big thank you to the thoughtful service from the lovely ladies and gentlemen at Jintang, and especially to Xiao Fan!"

"Coming to Jiangnan for a family vacation, this is definitely a five-star hidden gem! From check-in to check-out, we felt completely pampered, and the kids absolutely loved it. If the weather were a bit warmer, we could even go swimming. ✅ Environment: This Jiangnan guesthouse boasts a beautifully designed courtyard and expansive waterside views, creating an absolutely divine ambiance. Every photo you take looks like it's straight out of a magazine. Apparently, the design was done by a master. ✅ Service: Our butler, a local young man, was warm, attentive, and responsive. You could tell he put a lot of effort in, and the experience exceeded our expectations. ✅ Facilities: There's a small waterside balcony, comfortable bedding, excellent hygiene, and great privacy. There's also a small Japanese-style pavilion, perfect for quiet contemplation. ✅ Location: It's close to Xizha, offering a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility in a quiet spot. There's also a free Nanzha area with complimentary performances and lots of snacks. We particularly enjoyed 'Huanxi Hotpot,' a very charming Jiangnan courtyard hotpot with fresh ingredients, and the owner is quite handsome too! This place perfectly blends the romance of Jiangnan with high-end service. I'd even recommend it for company team-building events next time – they have a waterside conference room too, making for a team-building experience that doesn't feel like work at all."

"Overall, I'd say it was just okay. The facilities were decent, but the management was a mess. Check-in & Transportation: All guesthouses and hotels require check-in at the visitor center, which was quite inefficient. We arrived at 11:30 AM and had to queue for about 30 minutes. Thankfully, it was cool inside. After checking in, we still had to wait for the scenic shuttle bus. We got there at 12 PM and waited a solid half hour to get on – clearly, there wasn't enough capacity. Waiting under the blazing sun was a big thumbs down. Location & Facilities: The hotel is tucked away in the furthest corner of the scenic area, not as conveniently located as the guesthouses by the river. However, the hotel breakfast was quite good, and swimming was very convenient (even guesthouse guests could use the pool). On another note, some areas within the scenic spot are still under construction, which was a bit of a mood killer and noisy at times. Performances: The main event in the evening was the 'Meng Hualu' show, divided into three parts. The first part had actors lip-syncing, which was really distracting. The second part was acrobatics, which was decent, but they suddenly changed performance venues. You needed to be strong and fit to get there, and small children wouldn't be able to see anything. The third part, 'Dah Tie Hua' (iron flower show), also moved venues again, and if you were short, you couldn't see a thing. Management & Service: What really needs complaining about is the on-site management of the scenic area. The day we checked out, we were waiting for the shuttle bus at the exit during high temperatures. There were not only too few buses but also complete disarray, leading to arguments among tourists over cutting in line. In the end, we had no choice but to walk to the parking garage, where we found a completely empty bus just sitting there, waiting only for inbound tourists to fill up before departing, completely disregarding the feelings of guests leaving the park. It's a new scenic area, so it's still a work in progress."

"The house is pretty good and clean, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic spot. There's plenty of parking. I walked around in the morning and found the yard to be very large with great views. However, once you leave the scenic spot at night, you can't re-enter the next day. Next time, I might try staying inside the scenic area."

"The guesthouse has a great location, very close to Xizha. Arriving in the afternoon, it's perfect for a leisurely stroll through the night view. The owner is very thoughtful, providing not only towels and bath towels, but also disposable towels and bath liners. The only slight drawback is the limited space for hanging towels and clothes. There's a swimming pool in front of the hotel with adorable ducks. It's a designer hotel with a unique exterior design. We booked a room on the third floor, which offered a beautiful view, very nice. A small gift is given upon check-out!"

"This guesthouse was such a great find for our trip to the scenic area! The owner is a local and recommended some amazing, authentic restaurants that weren't expensive at all. The room was clean and cozy, and the toiletries were comfortable and reassuring to use. The front desk lady was very thoughtful, helping us with our luggage. The service was flawless throughout, I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting!"

"I booked the courtyard view room for a three-day, two-night stay, and for a staycation, it was a bit disappointing. Service: The hotel didn't offer a butler service, and no one informed us about the available activities. I had to ask about the travel photography, and only stumbled upon the tie-dye activity by chance. I have no idea what else there might have been. The welcome fruit in the room was just the three items shown in the picture, not the nougat and tea mentioned in other reviews. Maybe my membership tier wasn't high enough? >_< There was no pre-departure call, but I did receive a call asking for feedback after checking out. For the travel photography, they offered 5 free photos, and additional ones were 80 yuan each, with discounts for bulk purchases. The photographer did a good job. However, the 'fine-tuning' felt like a one-click edit; a hole in the umbrella prop was still visible in the retouched photos, which was quite sloppy >_<. When I inquired about buying all the original photos, I was told it was also 80 yuan per photo, so I decided against it. In the end, I bought 35 photos and got a 15% discount. On the positive side, The hotel itself is beautiful and very photogenic. The Sanbai Bar has a great atmosphere and isn't crowded. You can charge drinks to your room, and in-house guests get a 10% discount. Breakfast variety was also quite good, with cheese, ham, and salmon available. Several made-to-order items were offered à la carte, which helped avoid queues."

"We chose Puyuan for this trip and booked a hotel in the scenic area. The environment is great. I would especially like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yinxing Xiaoyao. After the reservation was successful, he took the initiative to contact me, carefully asked about my needs and arrival time, and helped me plan the tour route in advance. During my stay, whether I wanted to recommend a restaurant or learn about tourist attractions, the housekeeper always helped me solve the problem quickly and considerately. The guest room is even more of a surprise, with exquisite decoration, warm layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and impeccable hygiene. In particular, the room has a small space for playing chess and drinking tea. Today, I can see the beautiful scenery of the scenic area outside the window, and my mood is instantly happy. The dining environment is also great, the restaurant is elegant, the breakfast is rich in variety, and there are both local specialties and Western meals. The Chinese restaurant we chose for dinner not only tasted good but also had fresh ingredients. There are few people in the scenic area, so the photos are particularly good. Coming back to the hotel after playing is like returning to a warm home. Next time I come, I will choose this place again and recommend it to my friends!"
