Don't be misled by the name, nothing grand about this place rooms were clean but too small with no tea or coffee facilities in the room. breakfast provided on top floor with choices and the lady working here is lovely you have access for coffee but room isn't lit at night cleaning staff were very nice

Rooms very small, dirty, broken/ missing objects in the room, staff really unprofessional, we booked a room but they give us a different one in the first night, very small, no space for luggage, AC not working….breakfast terrible, little option, vegetables sliced one night before… breakfast till 10:30, at 9:00 you don’t have anything left and they will not provide anymore… overall a really bad experience, I would not recommend to anyone…

Booked a 2 bedroom suite here for 2 adults and 1 child. It’s clean enough but shabby. The room my husband and I were in was tiny! Nowhere to hang clothes but 2 coat hangers hanging off a screw in the wall. Very limited space for clothing, drab outdated decor and a horrible greasy smell permeates the building at times. We decided to leave after being told we were being charged for a towel that we used to dry up some juice from the floor, they had even taken pictures of the towel lying in the laundry basket as evidence!!! That was the final straw. I wouldn’t recommend this place it didn’t have even basic services like tea making facilities or a minibar. Breakfast was very limited and not substantial. Also, the blue lighting in the room is awful, like a supermarket toilet.

Nothing like the pictures. Small and shoddy with no room to swing a cat. There was a nail in the wall for your coat 😂. My shins were black and blue from sidling up the side of the bed to get in it. My husband on the other hand had no space to sidle and had to ‘dive’ into the bed. Horrible Asda toilet style blue light in the room and a stinky smell permeated the hotel as though someone was constantly frying food in cheap oil. We cut the stay short as we couldn’t bear it any longer. Not cheap but definitely 🤮 nasty.

We booked this hotel for four nights but only stayed one night We arrived very late at night and one young chap at the desk checked us in and told us where our room was so we took our own luggage up First impressions was how very very small the room was however clean enough The bathroom looked recently renovated but the issue was how small cramped the room was for two ladies no where to unpack so ok if you want to live out of your suitcase We asked if there were any bigger rooms but told no Also wi fi issues and no duvet only a sheet on the bed we went up to the terrace for free hit drinks but it was pitch black and the poor guy at the front desk didn’t know how to put the lights on so we decided to check out simply because of claustrophobic room and location isn’t great however if you are looking for a budget hotel and just somewhere to sleep at night it’s good value

We had multiple families stay here for a wedding. The staff was awesome- very friendly, helpful, and their English is excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side but enough for 2 people and very clean. Breakfast was fine and there is always coffee, tea, and water. We had ~12 rooms booked and everyone is very satisfied with the overall service and room.
Location is perfect as well- 1 block away from the Grand Bazar and public transportation, and a 15ish minute walk from Ayasofia.
Would definitely stay here again.

The price is good and the quality is relative to the price.
The unit is very small and no storage.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled and must always be asked to activate.
