When we arrived at the site, the front desk told us that we had not received the order. We waited at the front desk for a long time, and finally swiped our card to check in. The location of the hotel is relatively desolate and there is nothing around. The breakfast may be because I am not used to foreign meals. I thought it was average and there was nothing to eat. There is free parking, the sanitation is decent, the room is not too new, but it's okay.

I stayed in MOM İzmir hotel in 2019. The rooms are proper and careful, the reception staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good most days. There are few days of weakness. Rooms, lobby, breakfast room, corridors are comfortable. I haven't met the robbery. (priced items were left at the hotel.) location is very good. minibar is enough. There is no water heating in the rooms. You have no rooms and lobby rooms for tea-cafe drinks. No lunch and dinner. But at a large walk to an AVM. The family hotel, the only ladies or families can stay in peace. The rooms are large enough. The workers are respected. 1+1 rooms are not very different from the standard room. Suite rooms have a bathroom with a long and a clothing + shoe box. While the hotel is a suitable location for its nearby industrial metro station and easy access, the market restaurant etc is very satisfactory for the services and room service price performance, The cleaning and indoor equipment also provides a simple standard service. Can we get it again? Why not a choice that can be assessed until FP finds better accommodation already?

They said they were very good about cleaning, but we kept everywhere in the hair to go to the hospital (from Sunday to Wednesday). I took a few pictures that we came back on Tuesday as we were done at the hospital, and I didn't even want to touch the clothes I would throw. We gave the key Tuesday morning to clean our room, but they hadn't washed but cleaned the closet, they had changed the towels and waste was taken from the store, my baby was throwing a wet shirt on the shop under TV, they said we came to clean it There was still a hair, there was still a male hair. Even though we made reservations, nothing missing was completed. We took the shower jelly on our own, they gave hard sabble in the toilet, not liquid sabble. We turned the bed of my son's bed with the irons of the ill-sitting, and we could set it up, but we were going back until Wednesday.

Our family of five (with three teenage daughters) booked two rooms at the Extenso as a one night stay on arrival from Izmir airport. I made the reservation well in advance (DEC 2018) for October 2019 (half-term break) - it was perfect for us as we were then easily able to catch the train the following morning to Selcuk/Ephesus. Responsive e-mail correspondence. Very good price for a double and triple room (combined total of about £88 at the then exchange rate - about 7.35 TL to the £ - including breakfast). The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean - the hotel itself seems relatively new. The girls' triple room on the top floor was amazing, with a huge, wrap-around balcony. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful - one of the guys at the desk even drove us and our luggage round the corner to the IZBAN/Train station (very close anyway but a nice gesture). Especially liked the extensive breakfast - great selection. The main chef seemed super-proud of what was on offer and spent time helping my wife and daughters make choices regarding some of the unfamiliar food selections. Delicious and typically Turkish. The location is perfect in terms of being a literal, 5 mins walk from the IZBAN stop. You climb up the steps out the station and the Extenso is directly in front (albeit across a main road which needs navigating). This is a business hotel and is geared up for that type of clientele accordingly but this was absolutely not a problem for us. Noise-wise, the hotel is on a busy, main road and I guess it could potentially be a problem for light sleepers (if you prefer to sleep with the window open). However, we were fine. Overall, an excellent value hotel that ticked all the boxes for us - a great first night on our week-long trip in Turkey. Highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are very complete, the morning is very good, Although it is not the city center, it is relatively close to the supermarket for eating. The room is smaller than the photo. The terrace is very big. Although you can see the sea, it is a bit noisy during the day because of the construction downstairs. 

No elevator, close to the airport, warm welcome electronic screen, I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning. The sink is not very convenient, But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

I booked the hotel via ETS. The hotel appears in the accommodation but not in the press office. Unfortunately, it is just under the press office. Basmane was İstanbul's Tarlabasa. The location is not a place to stay in family. We split two rooms. We couldn't open the air conditioning. There was a very bad smell from the air conditioning. There was a bad smell in the rooms. We had to sleep open in the night. We didn't sleep in it in the street no screams. We spent the night very nervous. Besides it was the hotel clean. The bathroom, the nephremy and the towels were quite clean, but unfortunately I don't prefer it again.

The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.
