absolutely love this hotel, it’s off in the cut not near the busy river city but yet conveniently 3 mins down the road. great place! love it here!!

Do not stay here if you need shuttle service to or from the airport. I waited 50 minutes on the way in and when I was leaving at 4am for a 6am flight they couldn’t get the shuttle service to answer the phone. Plus if you even wanted a 4am shuttle they ask you to come down 20 minutes early and they will call them. Except they won’t guarantee a pickup time. No pre-booking. Uber service in the area was non-existent too, but I was lucky enough to get a Lyft. Phew. The front desk person was trying to help but there was nothing that he could do. Stay away.

Mattress was terrible, I’ve slept on more comfortable pull out sofas. Positive is proximity to airport and staff was extremely friendly. All day construction noise was not ideal but understand that has to be done. Would not stay again due to the mattress.

Well, upon entering the room there was a smell lke mold and I even started coughing .The Bathroom was no counter to put things and the shower and the toilet were not very clean There was a smell of urine at night You could hear noises from the faucet water And the breakfast had no variety and the meat and omelet were cold I didn't it don't recommend it.

Hotel was clean. Towels need updating.
Checked in late and was given first room off lobby 🙄. Considering the hour and our early departure we didn’t ask to be changed. Not sure why if there is any room open they would used this particular room considering it’s prob the worse room .

Waited 50 minutes for the airport shuttle. It turns out that it’s only a 4 minute drive to the hotel!?

We picked this hotel because it is near the airport and we had a very early flight scheduled. Our room did not have a working phone and the alarm clock did not work. I complained to the front desk. They would not help me. I wanted them to call the manager and the maintenance man but she would not do it. And she did not get me an alarm clock. I will never stay in a Microtel hotel again. It was very noisy all night too.

Liked the breakfast. Didn't like that at 11 pm when we arrived the TV next door was so loud that we could hear every word. Also when the folks next door showered it sounded like they were in our bathroom, we could hear every word of their conversation. Why would we be placed right next door to another booking when there were clearly empty rooms on our floor. Also there was no shampoo in our bathroom. BUT the breakfast was very good. Staff seemed friendly. We didn't call staff on the noisy neighbors bc they weren't shouting it was just very poorly insulated!
