"Room was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help."

"Although I encountered a minor issue during check-in, the front desk quickly resolved it. To my surprise, a few minutes later, the front desk manager (a lady) personally called me and said, ”My colleague informed me about the situation you encountered just now. Although it has been handled properly, I still wanted to personally apologize to you.” She then offered a small gift for the Year of the Horse. The problem was already solved, yet the front desk proactively reported it, and the manager took the initiative to call and follow up – this 'not pretending nothing happened' and layered accountability truly demonstrates the responsibility and commitment of a reputable establishment, which made me feel incredibly touched. Moreover, from the greeters at the entrance to the reception staff, every employee was professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and every dish at the Yami buffet restaurant was excellent. The roasted lamb chops, abalone with rice, hot pot beef, and especially the eel pot personally prepared by the head chef were outstanding. Next time I visit Changsha, I will definitely choose this hotel again."

"The room is very comfortable. I stayed there for three days. The balcony outside the hotel is beautiful. The location is good. It is close to Xiangya Second Affiliated Hospital, Provincial Library and subway station, and it is convenient to go out."

"I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is my favorite hotel in Changsha. The lady at the front desk is also very gentle. Sister An An is also very cute. Since my flight was delayed, I was given a free late check-out. She was very thoughtful and nice. , very satisfied! "I booked a twin room, and as soon as I entered, I was captivated by the cozy decor. The warm yellow lighting was simple yet inviting, making it perfect for photos! The bed was incredibly soft, and the bedding felt great on my skin. After a long day of sightseeing, I'd just collapse into bed and get amazing sleep. The room also has a smart control system; just say ”Xiao Du Xiao Du,” and you can easily control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning – a total godsend for lazy people like me. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the vanity mirror even has a fill light, making makeup application super clear. They even provide facial cleanser and lotion! The attention to detail is truly top-notch."

"This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!"

"The hotel is easy to find. After getting off the high-speed train, I took a taxi directly here, which took about 10 minutes. The front desk lady was very friendly and handled everything quickly. The location is great, right on the Second Ring Road and close to tourist attractions. It's convenient for Wanjiali and May Day Square. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. The house is a detached courtyard with a nice environment. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety of options. It was a great stay!"

"The environment of the homestay is very good, like a paradise. The interior environment is the same as the promotional picture. Disposable bathtub bags and disposable toilet seats are prepared. It is really worth choosing this B&B. Because we arrived at the hotel quite late, we found a stove with some charcoal in the lobby at around 11 or 12 pm. It was really comfortable to roast by the small fire in such a cold day in Changsha. If we had arrived earlier, we could have made tea by the stove. We booked 2 rooms. My partner, his friends and I all agreed that this place was really nice. We agreed to stay here again in the summer. I feel that we will have a different experience in the summer."
