"The transportation here is incredibly convenient. It's only a five-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, and the subway provides direct access to Wuyi Square, major commercial districts, and all the main attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. The room was spotless, and all the facilities were clean and in excellent condition. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations, ensuring a high-quality rest. The staff were warm and polite, always promptly resolving any issues. The breakfast was also rich and varied, with the Changsha rice noodles being particularly delicious. Overall, it was a perfect stay!"

"Miss An An at the front desk has a good and enthusiastic service attitude. She took the initiative to upgrade our room type and gave us free breakfast coupons. Check-in was quick. As soon as we entered the lobby, I really liked the decoration of this hotel, it was simple and elegant. It's unique, the room is very clean and tidy, the bed is big, and there's a laundry room for drying which is very convenient, great! recommend"

"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

"The hotel is close to the Changsha Railway Station (***NOT*** Changsha South Railway Station), about 2 - 3 underground metro stations away. The closest metro line is Line 6. It's located in what looks like an office building from the ground floor. You'd have to take an elevator up to the 5th floor to reach the lobby. I think it's a mixed use property, with some floors are offices, some are residential apartments and, of course, the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel lobby has a garden terrace with seating and a small exercise area with a few gym equipment. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen tv. It even has a mini fridge. I love a big rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are great. There are two small washing machines and two dryers, where you can have your clothes washed and dried for free (detergent provided), although there could be quite a queue in the evening as the washers/dryers are occupied. You would have to get them done by midnight, however. A bus stop is also nearby where you could take a public bus to downtown for shopping or attractions. Tips: If you love taking good photography or selfies, do not miss out on the Chinese Knot or Lucky Knot Footbridge, not too far from the MICA Art Museum. You could do both together in one day."

"This was my first time visiting Changsha, and I specifically chose this hotel. Everything went smoothly, from booking to check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively helped me with check-in and even upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the window offered a nice street view with plenty of natural light. It was quiet at night, so I slept undisturbed. When I checked out in the morning, they even gave me a small souvenir. The staff was incredibly warm and patient throughout my stay. I had absolutely no complaints during my entire visit, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha 🏨"

"The room is hygienic and the service is very good. The big bathtub will actively configure a disposable bathtub cover. I am hungry at night. The front desk will also send lard powder. The two children ate 2 bowls in one go. Every time they come to Changsha, they will bring a ruler to live here. Because the space is large, there are tents that children like, and buffet breakfast."

"This stay at Tingbo Hotel experience far exceeded expectations, and must give a big praise! First of all, we must praise the service, from the front desk to the room aunt are particularly enthusiastic. During the stay, I borrowed nail clippers and added quilts, and the response was very fast. The room is even more pleasant! The whole house is intelligently controlled, and you can turn off the lights and pull the curtains by shouting ”smallness”. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, and there are two options for pillows. I slept very heavily this night. "I specifically chose this hotel because of the Huanman brand, and my overall experience had both highlights and minor drawbacks. During my stay, I was affected by noise, which caused some unpleasantness. However, the hotel staff reacted promptly on-site, were sincere in their service attitude, and handled the issue proactively. I suggest that further staff training could be enhanced to improve their flexibility and quick-wittedness in problem-solving. I must also particularly commend the Trip.com customer service; they followed up and coordinated throughout, providing professional and thoughtful service that truly enhanced my experience. Putting aside the noise issue, the hotel's basic services were very well executed. I hope the hotel can rectify the noise problem soon and optimize staff service details. I believe this would lead to an even better overall stay, and I would be willing to choose this hotel again in the future."
