"This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!"

"Although I encountered a minor issue during check-in, the front desk quickly resolved it. To my surprise, a few minutes later, the front desk manager (a lady) personally called me and said, ”My colleague informed me about the situation you encountered just now. Although it has been handled properly, I still wanted to personally apologize to you.” She then offered a small gift for the Year of the Horse. The problem was already solved, yet the front desk proactively reported it, and the manager took the initiative to call and follow up – this 'not pretending nothing happened' and layered accountability truly demonstrates the responsibility and commitment of a reputable establishment, which made me feel incredibly touched. Moreover, from the greeters at the entrance to the reception staff, every employee was professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and every dish at the Yami buffet restaurant was excellent. The roasted lamb chops, abalone with rice, hot pot beef, and especially the eel pot personally prepared by the head chef were outstanding. Next time I visit Changsha, I will definitely choose this hotel again."

"It was my first time to visit Changsha, so I decided to book this hotel with the intention of giving it a try. After checking in, I found it to be quite good. The hotel is near the subway entrance. The rooms are clean and sanitary. The lobby is very poetic as soon as you enter. There are many restaurants near the hotel. There are all kinds of delicious food. What is worthy of praise for the hotel is the service. It is very professional, especially the manager Youyou. When I first came to Changsha, I didn’t know where to go. The lady gave me a detailed introduction to the surrounding tourist classics. I had a great time. The room was also made for free. Upgraded and will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. It's great."

"The hotel is newly renovated. It is very good overall. It is also very clean and the transportation is very convenient. However, the pillows are too high. My neck hurts after sleeping for one night. I suggest that the hotel can provide two types of pillows, high and low, for people to choose from. The second thing is that I stayed here. The room is close to the road, and it will be a little noisy at night. You can also vaguely hear the sound of KTV singing. It may be affected by poor sleep quality. Others are very good. "I booked a twin room, and as soon as I entered, I was captivated by the cozy decor. The warm yellow lighting was simple yet inviting, making it perfect for photos! The bed was incredibly soft, and the bedding felt great on my skin. After a long day of sightseeing, I'd just collapse into bed and get amazing sleep. The room also has a smart control system; just say ”Xiao Du Xiao Du,” and you can easily control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning – a total godsend for lazy people like me. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the vanity mirror even has a fill light, making makeup application super clear. They even provide facial cleanser and lotion! The attention to detail is truly top-notch."

"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. "The hotel is easy to find. After getting off the high-speed train, I took a taxi directly here, which took about 10 minutes. The front desk lady was very friendly and handled everything quickly. The location is great, right on the Second Ring Road and close to tourist attractions. It's convenient for Wanjiali and May Day Square. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. The house is a detached courtyard with a nice environment. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety of options. It was a great stay!"

"The breakfast was very plentiful, with crispy toast and fragrant noodles. It was ready to eat at 7 am, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo all smelled great. They even served sweet potato and pear soup in the evening. The appliances were all smart voice-controlled. It was really comfortable to roast by the small fire in such a cold day in Changsha. If we had arrived earlier, we could have made tea by the stove. We booked 2 rooms.
