"Loved the ambiance and the service was excellent. It's currently the top-ranked hotel, and they even upgraded my room for free, which was amazing. This is my first time leaving a review on this app, and honestly, everything was perfect except for the projector. I didn't want to leave!"

"Room was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help."

"The room was very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a great atmosphere. There were plenty of snacks and drinks available, which the kids absolutely loved. We'll definitely be back to try a different room type next time. My kids insisted I give this place a five-star review! ☺️"

"The room had a Chinese tea set, evoking a sense of wabi-sabi (a Japanese aesthetic emphasizing simplicity and transience). It was very relaxing. This hotel occupied several floors of a building that also housed other facilities (other hotels, companies, etc.). Therefore, delivery people and outsiders could freely enter the elevator. (And unfortunately, there were people smoking in the elevator, which was unpleasant.) The room was cleaned daily, and towels and amenities were replaced generously. However, there was a slight odor from the toilet or bathroom drain, which might lead some to give it a harsh review. The air conditioning worked well. The free laundry facilities were a great help for long stays. It was also nice that detergent, hangers, and an iron were available for free use. Breakfast consisted of a limited selection of local dishes, but everything was delicious. The fried rice, in particular, was exceptional. There were also local specialty dishes, and they were happy to provide hot noodles upon request, making it a relaxed buffet. If I had one suggestion, it would be nice to have hot coffee brewed in the lobby or dining area, even if it was just from a regular coffee maker. I stayed for six nights and was generally satisfied. I could feel the warmth of the people working there."

"The giant projector screen was fantastic, and the amenities were complete. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a superb stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and even just relaxing in the room was a treat. It's pet-friendly, and my bunny absolutely loved it. The hotel's outdoor terrace is perfect for photos, and there's a cat cafe where you can pet some super well-behaved cats. Located on Jianxiang Road, it's right on a city walk route. It's close to the subway station, with direct access to core attractions like Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, Hunan Provincial Museum, and Yuelu Mountain, making getting around a breeze. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Changsha."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed. Clean. Big room. They even provide free laundry service onsite. They will put your cloth in the washer and dryer, even fold it for you. There is a convenient store on the first floor and many other stores and restaurants around it. It takes about 30 minutes walk to Central South University. I would take a cab in the hot and humid weather of ChangSha."

"Going out has always chosen Vienna, the twin bed is comfortable and spacious, and the Vienna hotels in each city are also slightly different. A small suggestion is that the fragrance of the hotel aisle is too strong and a bit uncomfortable.
