"From the moment Jin Bo picked us up at Kunming airport till he dropped us off at Kunmingnan Railway station was simply an exceptional and unforgettable experience staying at this hotel. The F.O. manager, Ms. Zhang Bixian and her team, were phenomenal. I also wanted to mention Ms. Zhu Ya, from the Front Office, who escorted and waited for us to leave the hotel. They all have shown us the true meaning of hospitality. They really took care of you and made you feel at ease during your stay. We booked a suite and got upgraded to a bigger one, thank you😊👍. The soundproof works well. Daily fruits and milk are another excellent touch from the hotel. Everything was top-notch and you wanted to stay longer! Yes, we did think about it 😉. Overall, it's the best hotel we've stayed during our China trip this time. I highly recommend Haitian Hotel to everyone!!!"

"The biggest surprise of my trip to Kunming on March 3rd was this accommodation! The front desk staff provided exceptional service; they'd pick us up and drop us off at the hotel whenever we notified them in advance. We received welcome fruits upon entering the room, and breakfast offered a great variety including Chinese, Western, and kids' options, all generously portioned and well-balanced! You can really feel they put a lot of effort into running this place. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious, and kids' breakfasts were complimentary. They even offer laundry and drying services, which I loved! There's always coffee available at the front desk on the first floor. During our stay, I also borrowed plates, nail clippers, and an iron – they were always happy to help. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and modern style. It's truly great value for money, and traveling with kids, finding a hotel like this made for an excellent experience! This is genuinely one of the most satisfying hotel stays I've had in years!"

"Travel with your baby in Kunming. The location of the homestay is very good, next to the Haitang Dam, a few minutes walk from the Dianchi Cableway. The taxi driver said that there are many red-billed scorpions here in winter. The homestay is in the villa area. The boss and the couple operate very carefully and have a special basement parking. The boss also upgraded me to a tatami room type. We went to the Dianchi Cableway, and it was three yuan cheaper to scan the code at the boss's front desk. The room has a small balcony and the green plants are also very good! The small yard is also exquisitely decorated. Sleeping at night is very quiet. Especially suitable for a short-term leisure stay. The breakfast is made by the proprietress herself, and it is exquisite. The overall feeling is that the boss is particularly attentive."
