"Extremely satisfied with my Sanya trip experience! I've been to Sanya probably over 10 times, and this was my first time staying at a hotel not by the sea. It felt quite different. Overall rating: Worth staying. I'd give it 4.5 stars or more. 1) My favorite part was the heaven cliff pool – the view is unbeatable. Swimming here is simply one of life's greatest pleasures. 2) The hotel's buggy service was incredibly responsive, and the staff's attitude was excellent. 3) During the off-peak season, there weren't many guests, but the breakfast maintained a good standard and wasn't skimped on. 4) The Thai restaurant boasts charming views. Although the prices are a bit on the high side, the mesmerizing scenery and live music make it well worth it. 5) The complimentary tropical rainforest park tour offered by the hotel exceeded my expectations. The guide was enthusiastic and helped with photos. 6) The only thing is that since the hotel is located in a tropical rainforest, insects and geckos are inevitable. I even saw a small snake on the balcony. So, it's crucial to keep doors and windows closed at all times and bring your own mosquito repellent. 7) It's been open for a while, and some rooms are currently undergoing maintenance. Overall, it's well-maintained."

"Our experience was fantastic! This trip to Sanya, I absolutely fell in love with HUALUXE. I have to give a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler, Rosie Xiyao, who made the entire stay exceptional and far exceeded my expectations! Even before we left, Rosie proactively reached out on WeChat, thoughtfully sending us a hotel activity guide and a schedule of kids' activities. She even meticulously confirmed our estimated arrival time. She also warned us about typhoon weather and advised us to keep an eye on flight statuses, which was incredibly considerate. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone was there to greet us. Check-in was quick and seamless, with no long waits. Our butler personally escorted us to our room, explaining everything from how to use the facilities to available free children's rental items, breakfast locations, and various recreational activities, all in an easy-to-understand manner. During our stay, Rosie was incredibly responsive to all our requests, big or small. Whether we needed mosquito repellent, children's toiletries, or to borrow small items, a quick request would have them delivered to our room shortly after. The hotel's extensive children's activities were very engaging, with many choices from craft workshops to water activities. Our butler even helped us book suitable activities based on our child's age, and the complimentary electronic travel photos were arranged promptly. The entire trip was free of any unpleasant incidents; the service was meticulous without being intrusive. Everything, from the hardware and environment to the dining and the staff's professionalism, was impeccable. Compared to several other hotels in different bay areas of Sanya, the butler service here truly stands out. Next time I visit Sanya, HUALUXE will still be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Yalong Bay. Just look for Rosie, you won't go wrong!"

"This hotel apartment in Sanya exceeded my expectations; we stayed for five nights, and having a rented car made getting around super convenient. Just a heads-up, parking at the hotel costs 30 yuan per day. It saved us the hassle of switching accommodations daily. The butler team was incredibly warm and responsible. They contacted us even before our arrival with detailed hotel location info and explained the room facilities thoroughly, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, in the same area as Atlantis. From Phoenix Airport, after picking up our rental car at Parking Lot 2, it was about a 40-minute drive to the hotel. We arrived around 1 PM and drove straight to the nearby Nanhai Guanyin scenic area. After exploring, we headed to Wanghao Supermarket on the B1 level of Jiyang Joy City (free parking) to stock up on essentials like disposable cutlery, eggs, fruits, drinks, and bottled water. On our last day, we bought some local specialties there, and the supermarket staff even helped us pack them up. The Linwang area near the hotel is very close and has a commercial center with plenty of restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut, and local specialties like Yes Xiaoji. Most of our food deliveries from the hotel came from this commercial center, delivered to the express locker on the first floor of Building 2 for self-pickup. For fresh seafood, the Linwang Farmers' Market, about a 10-15 minute drive and closing at 10 PM, is a great option. You can buy fresh seafood there, and some vendors will cook it for you for a processing fee of 15 yuan per dish. It's incredibly fresh and affordable. Wuzhizhou Island is also very close, less than a 20-minute drive from the hotel, and definitely worth a visit. The hotel is very close to the beach; just a few minutes' walk from the first floor along a tropical path will get you there. Remember to buy slippers at the supermarket beforehand. Our hotel room was a two-bedroom unit, and the living room sofa could be converted into a bed. The room had an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, making it perfect for families with elderly parents or children. If you don't want to make breakfast yourself, there's a buffet breakfast on the first floor of Building 3 for 65 yuan per person (children half price). We tried it for two days, and the experience was just okay. I'd recommend buying groceries at the supermarket and making your own breakfast for better hygiene and health. Atlantis is also very close to the hotel, within walking distance. The duty-free shop is very near, about a ten-minute drive. If you plan to shop, I highly recommend focusing on this international duty-free city; it's huge, spread across three zones and a second phase, with new arrivals daily. The Haitang Bay Duty-Free store near Sanya Eternal Love in the city center is also large, but I personally didn't find much there. The duty-free shops at T1/2 of the airport are worth a quick look, but don't expect too much. If your return flight is from T3, I advise against visiting the T1/2 duty-free shops, as it's a 20-minute walk one way. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel's butlers for their enthusiastic service! Their WeChat profile pictures are in the first image! Next time I stay, remember to upgrade my room type!"

The large pool downstairs was also great for photos, and the overall environment was fantastic. The butler even helped us retrieve a delivery and brought it right to our room.
