"The hotel is right at the exit if Sookmyung Station. Our luggages were kept in the luggage storage room as we were there before the check-in time. Concierge staff are very helpful. The hotel room is accessible via the room card. The suite room at level 20 only has 2 units. Very spacious room complete with seoarate toilet and bathroom. Wash basins are beside them. There is a bathtub which is facing the Namsan Tower and Seoul Station. Great sunset and sunrise view. There are sofas, a single-seater, tall fridge, dining table, 2 TV screens and 2 aircons. Personal amenities such as bedroom slippers can be purchased at the vending machine at level 1. Guests enjoy 20% discount for drinks at the Onhwa Lounge."
"The location of the hotel is ideal! It’s right behind a major road and it’s very quiet. There are a few bus stops 2-3 min walk away and there are many food options nearby. The room was clean and the bathtub was amazing. Hotel bed was definitely hard, but after a busy day of exploring, you pass out almost immediately. The staff was kind and helpful as well. They give you a little bag of hotel amenities when you check in, and there’s free water/coffee in the lobby! I would stay here again just because of how perfect the location is"
"The staff at the Grammos hotel speak advanced level of English therefore as a foreigner you feel comfortable while communicating. They are professional and helpful. The location is great and safe. The rooftop pool, gym and the free of charge washing machines are a huge plus👍 We will stay there again👍"
"The hotel is not big, but it's well-equipped. The air conditioning works really well, the shower has great water pressure, and there's a large bathtub for soaking. The smart toilet in the bathroom is also very good. The bed sheets were clean, though the pillows were a bit too firm for comfort. The slippers weren't disposable, which is probably for environmental reasons. As long as they're disinfected, it's fine. There's a Chinese cleaning lady at the hotel who was very welcoming, it felt like home."
