Mercure Convention Center Ancol

Ancol Jakarta
Expected more from a Mercure brand hotel. There were baby cockroaches in the bathroom and saw one even on the dresser table. It's a strange location as you always have to pay an entrance fee when you get out of the Ancol area and travel back into the Ancol area as it's a tourist destination. It's not a lot but it's weird to pay the amount even when you're staying in this hotel and not just visiting the attractions in the area. For the amount I paid for just 2 nights, I expected more on the cleanliness front, and as I was just in town for the Soundrenaline festival, it soured the experience.
Swissôtel Jakarta Pik Avenue
4.5/5231 Reviews
Connecting to PIK Avenue mall. There are two hotels connected to the mall: this hotel and Mercure hotel. This one is more expensive, but the facilities and the rooms are much better. I personally will pick this place to stay if you have more budget and you need to stay around Pantai Indah Kapuk area.
Gold Coast Pik Bahama Sea View Apartments

In general, some facilities in the room are old, and the air conditioner is noisy
Raffles Jakarta

Kuningan
Stayed several times over the past 3 years, for myself maybe the best hotel in Jakarta, the only downside would be lack of dining options, the room service is excellent, but the upside is that there are many restaurants close by. Rooms are very well furnished, they need an update in terms of technology, really in a hotel of this standard you should be able to stream or cast onto the TV. Pool area is great, the hotel is really an oasis in the middle of Jakarta.

Good service good food , needed help on medication and they got a doctor to me very fast and follow up from reception was excellent - knowing that someone cares about the guest in terms of well being
Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments by LongeSuites

I booked for 4 nights. When I checked in, I said that I can only check in at 2 o'clock. I waited for more than 2 hours in the lobby of the apartment. No one greeted me. I was greeted with a welcome drink. When I arrived, an Indonesian brother came and took me to the room. end of service The next day, I communicated on WhatsApp that I wanted mineral water and tissues, but I didn’t read it for 3 days! On the last day, I sent a message in the morning saying that I was going to check out, and the Chinese landlord came to the door in less than 10 minutes... I want to say that homestay also needs services, and you can't just rely on the excellent location and beautiful scenery to determine consumers.
