I have read many posts, but I didn't know there was a place called Crescent Moon Lake in Shaxi, so I tried to book a homestay to see it. The homestay is outside the ancient town but the scenery is excellent. Crescent Moon Lake is right outside the door. It happened to be a good day. It was really comfortable to lie down by the Crescent Moon Lake. There are many water outlets at the bottom of the lake, some of which are ancient hot spring outlets. The room of the homestay is very large and the configuration is quite high. The boss's family is also very enthusiastic and has been introducing the local ethnic culture. Crescent Moon Lake is the place where the local Torch Festival dances and bonfires are set up. I was lucky enough to see the big torch last year. I will choose to come to Shaxi to play during the Torch Festival in summer vacation.

Next to it is the Crescent Moon Lake, and you can get up in the morning to enjoy the spring. Service: I have been to Yunnan eight times, and every time I feel the hospitality of the B&B owner. The owners of Crescent Lake B&B are local Bai people and their family is very welcoming. The boss brother knows the local culture very well and took us to see his collection of calligraphy and paintings and old local objects. The eldest brother said that he wanted to combine the B&B with the Bai culture and promote the Bai culture through the B&B. I thought: This is what a B&B should be like! The breakfast made by the proprietress is particularly delicious. I didn’t expect that there are more than a dozen ingredients for the bowl of shredded bait: tomatoes, scrambled eggs, meat fillings, wind pork... The wood-fired turkey is also great, and locals also come to his house to eat wood-fired turkey. The handsome boy at home is very polite, honest and enthusiastic. Because of the temporary travel during the Spring Festival, there were no rooms in the better homestays in the ancient town, so I chose this homestay about 5 minutes away from the ancient town by car. Because it was newly opened, I was a little afraid of stepping on thunder, but in fact, there was no thunder. On the contrary, it was very comfortable to live here, away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town. #Location and transportation If you drive by yourself, it is very convenient to come here, and there are parking spaces. These small details can show their care and thoughtfulness. #The room facilities are newly renovated but there is no smell. We can see Sun Moon Lake outside the room we booked. It is so beautiful in the sun! The room is also very large! There are heaters, electric blankets, smart toilets, and everything else!
