位置在高速路口，主要吃飯方便！晚上睡覺房間裏有蒼蠅，影響休息！房間設計不是太合理，下水道裸露在外面！環境一般！沒有電梯！

酒店房間是比較大，就是燈光不亮晚上開燈後房間比較暗，外面停車場很大的，酒店位置比較好就在大雲鎮裏，酒店位置離嘉善南高鐵站很近。

酒店保潔服務都不能用非常差來形容了，是巨巨巨差，退房晚了我們也説了等會會付錢，結果一直敲門，一直説説説，聲音特別大，我們又不是不付錢，我們付錢找罵呢？你説你想早下班我們也會理解，一直敲門説不看看幾點了，趕緊起床，我們説了延遲，會交錢結果還一直大聲吼我們，然後我們就趕緊收拾收拾出來了，兩個保潔守着我們的門，然後嘴裏一直不乾不淨，我們也沒理，走出去兩步那個保潔説，房卡都不拿，把房卡拿下去，我説忘了準備轉身去拿她直接扔地上，什麼意思？？？我花錢瞭然後要被保潔這樣羞辱？這樣的保潔也是太牛了，從來沒見過，不知道的還以為這是她開的店呢，比老闆還厲害，想住這個賓館的人都看看，不怕被罵就住吧，反正我們以後永遠不會來了
