位置很好找，前台提前打電話預留了車位，主動幫忙拿行李，還送了歡迎水果，晚上在酒店樓上吃的海鮮火鍋，味道不錯，食材很新鮮，唯一不足的是餐廳那個服務員不知道是不是心情不好，上菜的時候一直在皺眉，要不是那個火鍋氣體罐總滅，我都不想叫他

原本訂了大床房。因帶了小朋友前台直接升級親子房，房間舒適寬敞，衞生乾淨，有贈送果盤，服務人員都很熱情，離店還特意贈送了當地小特色，特別有心！點贊

酒店服務很好，不僅幫忙升級了套房，從酒店大堂一個領班姐姐到服務人員都很熱情好客，洗澡水巨大，洗的很爽，另外不得不説酒店早餐竟然是在十二層觀景台，吃着麪看着雪山，浪漫～另外早餐區服務人員也超熱情，拉麪師傅和舀湯小姐姐，迎客人員和餐廳服務的阿姨，讓我對嘉峪關印象深刻，好評！

酒店是老式商務酒店，客房電子化程度很低。不過品質絕對和星級相符，游泳池很棒，水好，池子大，客房裡應該配備塑料拖鞋，因為泳池沒有配備。早餐的牛肉麪很地道，加分。最重要的是所有的酒店員工都很nice，表揚！

第一印象感覺很不錯呀，可以算是嘉峪關比較好的酒店之一了。理位置優越，交通便利，對面就是東湖公園，往下走個十字就是大唐美食街，距離長城景區也就7公里，服務也很周到，進房間準備了水果和手寫的提示卡片，退房時前台還送了嘉峪關特有的紀念品，真的很開心哇😁
