This homestay is really good value for money, the space is huge, and it feels like 60 square meters. Very clean. It is the cleanest homestay I have ever stayed in. There is almost no dust in sight. Surprisingly, there is also a men's urinal in the toilet. Later, Jingdezhen recognized this.

The apar**ent I booked was spacious and clean. The only downside was that after arriving at the shop at noon, I found that there was a takeaway order that was not cleaned in the room, which turned out to be what it was an hour before I checked in. The owner is too busy to clean it. The little brother at the front desk was very polite and thoughtful and sent the room number password and precautions via WeChat. The surrounding area of the hotel is almost the most prosperous place in the old city. Fuzhou Lane is at the next small intersection, which is very close to various attractions. You can stroll around in the old streets and alleys. Parking in the underground garage, there are parking coupons when going out, very thoughtful. I didn't order breakfast. There are many delicious foods in Fuzhou Lane, which is my happiness for foodies.

給人一種窗明幾凈的感覺，房間看起來很新，沒有異味，很好的公寓樓，唯一建議的是女孩子結伴出行哦，樓道有點暗。

住了很多天，相當的滿意。 其一是免費停車，在這市中心的位置相當舒服，下雪的那天，車在地下車庫相當的安心。 其二是地理位置好，樓下是國際貿易中心，買中端瓷器的話比那幾個旅遊點反而更好，網紅的各種美食也大多在附近，還有陶陽裏景點也在附近。 房間兩層，空間特別大，設施齊全，尤其要表揚的是燈光佈置的好，很多酒店不注重這個。 不過有兩個問題比較討厭，一個是空調噪音大到不行，拖拉機似的，衹能睡覺的時候把空調關上。還有一個是熱水器很差勁，温度很難調，不是燙就是涼，而且水温還會逐漸降低，大概十分鐘後就沒熱水了…

複式房間，密碼鎖？有空調、冰箱、洗衣機、電熱水器、自動麻將桌、落地窗。空調暖風效果好，在屋內不用穿外套。 在市中心黃金地段，到御窯、中國陶瓷博物館、陶川文化藝術中心街區都很近。離網紅美食打卡：浙江路“回家吃飯”（適合午餐）、歐記大排檔”）適合晚餐”很近；早餐可以到“譚婆餃子粑”，餃子粑、涼粉、拌麪、肉餅湯都是必吃的。😄

這個店真值得推薦，大家可以的房間，收拾得很乾凈東西設備很齊全，房屋面積又很大，還是樓中樓，真好，以後到景德鎮就住他家很高興，真的為大家推薦，從外又可以看到城景

我們一行人一共訂了4間雙床房，是複式的，離鐵打車過去十幾分鍾就到，出行很方便，房子很大，衞生乾淨，老闆人很好，有一間是大床，我們訂的是雙床，後來還升級多給一間大床房給我們，這一點我們都很滿意。樓下就是陶瓷集市，吃的樓下就有，周邊也有很多好吃的東西，還去了網紅店回家吃飯，出入很方便，離御窯博物館也很近，總的來説這次的入住體驗很滿意👍有朋友來會介紹的😊
