Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Airport pickup service

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

The double bed in the exclusive room does not have a bathtub, only the king bed has one. There was no reminder or picture when booking. It was also the worst traffic jam in history for six hours. At one o'clock in the morning, two cars of dozens of foreign tour groups came. It was inevitable that everyone was fighting for the first place to check in. The experience was really bad. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip to change the room, but I had to leave Jiuzhaigou at more than seven o'clock. The hot springs were not open until the afternoon, so I didn't enjoy it. The worst value for money experience. I wanted to give a negative score, but think about it, even if it is a world-class five-star brand, its ability is limited. To be fair, this hotel has a good environment and the surrounding forests are old. The breakfast is rich. There are many local specialty products in the Wenmenmen store. The old lady is a bit magical. I bought a green turquoise king stone, and then it went smoothly. I can only blame myself for being too unlucky.

This hotel is located very nice to the entrance to Jiuzhaigou, about 700m away, I still need to walk a bit, though there are some Chinese hotels even nearer, it is ok. There is a McDonald just outside the hotel and a convenient shop and bubble tea shop, so it is very convenient for tourists. Hotel is clean and tidy, I asked for a king sized bed, but there is no wardrobe to hang clothes. There is a daybed and an adjustable table which allows travellers to do some work in a proper manner. There is also some side table, easy for tourists to put their things. Though there is a slight problem regarding the WFi, when you select the hotel's WiFi, it should open a website for you to enter the password. I don't know why 2 of my handphones doesn't have this website pop out, only my Samsung Note 10 possible, so I think this is due to some compatibility issues. Overall the experience is good and I will strongly recommend to you.

It was a busy week due to the Mid-Autumn Festival long weekend. Front desk service was great, but housekeeping could use improvement. Bathroom mat was soiled and there were visible stains in the tub. The shower stall floor needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, with its uneven surface, easy for grime and soap scum to cling to as evidenced by its slipperiness. Food was also very underwhelming but there are few options in the area but didn’t have high expectations being in such a remote location. Not a high class property but perhaps the best you can get in the area at this price range.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including a children's play center, a gym, a yoga room, and a billiards and card room. Unfortunately, the travel photography did not make an appointment in advance and was not completed, and the swimming pool is not open yet. Cleanliness: Both the rooms and public areas are neat and clean. Environment: The hotel is on a mountain, surrounded by mountains. It feels like living in the scenery. The altitude difference is 1 kilometer. It takes half an hour to drive on the winding mountain road of more than 20 kilometers. It is very exciting, but the road condition is not bad and the scenery is beautiful. You just need to avoid it. Cows and horses raised by villagers. Service: It was National Day when we went, and the hotel prepared a variety of meals throughout the day. Rich activities include Baima ******* welcome ceremony, Baima ******* original ecological toast song, group photo in national costumes, hiking in primeval forest, afternoon tea in the clouds, sunset ceremony, rice cake making, bonfire party, travel photography of ******* and Qiang costumes, etc. The most rare thing is that on the day I checked out, my car tires were under-inflated. The hotel engineering department immediately sent a master named Wang to help me inflate the tires. It was a very considerate service. Thank you very much. The small mountain potatoes used to make glutinous rice cakes are also very delicious. I bought 30 kilograms of them and took them home. All in all, a great experience.

This hotel is located at just a 5 min walk from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park and it is extremely convenient. The hotel staff are also helpful and service is also good. The breakfast however is average and the ”hotsprings” are just Jacuzzi tubs which is a little misleading.

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

The stay was very good. We booked the room because it was close to the scenic spot. There was a small episode. The hotel had a power outage after 9 pm. After understanding, we were told that it was a small-scale power outage, but the hotel immediately responded and the power was restored in a few minutes. I stayed in the lobby for a while and saw the staff serving us wholeheartedly and patiently explaining. I was very moved and gave you a thumbs up.

This hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.
