lazyffNestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent.
Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers.
The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady.
Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!

CHINnnnnAn absolutely secluded retreat:
True to its name, Jiushan is a top choice for escaping the world. When they picked me up to go up the mountain, we turned off the national road onto a very small and narrow path. The owner explained that he had to get permission from every villager along the way to build it, and it immediately felt very hidden and mysterious, yet also strangely welcoming.
While not completely surrounded by the nine sacred mountains of Jiuzhaigou, the guesthouse lobby and rooms offer an uninterrupted view of continuous mountain ranges right in front. The scenery changes rapidly with the weather, and simply sitting, lying, or standing and daydreaming, you feel healed by the view. It really is worth staying on the mountain; the scenery is a natural gift that hotels downhill just can't compare to.
When I contacted them in advance, they mentioned upgrading me to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows. It was raining when I arrived, and I ended up in a room called 'Rain' – everything felt perfectly serendipitous. The owner told me that the misty mountain view I saw that day was even rarer than the 'golden mountains in the sun.' I went downstairs and sat under a tent for a while, quietly listening to the rain and bird songs, taking deep breaths of fresh air – it felt like a full body cleanse. Sure enough, the next day, after clear skies, the scenery was completely different, offering an experience of peaceful reading in the sunlight.
On the first evening, I only intended to heat up some beef baked buns I'd bought downhill, but I was drawn to the bonfire that had been set up and ended up sitting there for ages. I didn't have my phone, just watched the crackling fire, zoned out, chatted, and even cadged a few beers.
After checking in, I completely forgot about my plans to go down the mountain to other scenic spots. I've often thought that for city dwellers, travel is a process of returning to oneself. We're bombarded with enough information usually, so being able to be alone in an undisturbed place, even just to daydream, is the best possible experience.

Guest UserHighly recommend! The environment is excellent. We stayed on the 4th floor, and opening the window offered a view of the mountains. The in-room facilities are very new and fully smart. What's particularly noteworthy is the provision of disposable face towels and bath towels. The hotel also has hot springs, but unfortunately, our schedule was too tight to enjoy them. The service was also fantastic. They picked us up from the Guoda parking lot and brought us to the hotel for check-in. The next day, they provided transportation to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and after our visit, they even offered a free ride back to the Guoda parking lot. Absolutely great value!

qndhrThis guesthouse is an absolute gem! I spent ages looking for a place to stay with my parents in Jiuzhaigou, and I'm so glad I chose this one. It completely exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, and the value for money was incredible. The rooms were even better than pictured, and the environment was fantastic. Plus, it's super convenient, right across from 'The Romance of the Song Dynasty,' with tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. It's also pet-friendly!! If you have a pet, don't even think twice, just book it! (The husky, Hanhan, was so well-behaved, mooching food, drinks, and AC in my room – so adorable I almost wanted to take him home!) I'm definitely coming back in the autumn!!! I've already recommended it to all my friends; seriously, just go for it! (My mom specifically told me to leave a review because it was so, so good!!!)

Guest UserJiuzhaigou scenic area shuttle service (no limit on number of people): The shuttle service to the scenic area is excellent. After breakfast, you can head straight there.
Worried-free arrival - Free exclusive shuttle service from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station to the hotel (shared ride): There's also a shuttle from the high-speed train station. This time we took a nine-seater 'nanny van' (business van). Overall, a good experience.
The hotel's restaurant is also very good.

They even gave us two blind box figurines when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. We used the provided meal voucher for a delicious dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant.
The stay itself was pretty standard, not much different from other hotels. Laundry is self-service and free, but there are only three washing machines, so you need to go early to queue up. The room has oxygen supply, but I still didn't sleep that well, maybe due to some altitude sickness. It could also be because the air conditioning is on automatic constant temperature, and it felt a bit stuffy. I asked the reception if they had a fan, but they didn't. I'm used to having air circulation to sleep, so I ended up having trouble sleeping both nights. Despite that, the overall experience was still good 👍

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are new, clean, and relatively quiet. However, the service was utterly baffling. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, each with two breakfasts, for a total of four. But a hotel staff member added me on WeChat, offering to send us two free children's breakfasts and asking us not to tell anyone... We already had four breakfasts, so why would we need them to send more? They clearly hadn't even bothered to understand the basic guest situation before trying to claim credit. This was a minor issue, so I didn't dwell on it.
During check-in, the front desk couldn't find the information for our second room. It took them ages to sort it out and check us in. At that time, each room was given a card, which seemed to be for museum tickets or something similar. We didn't use them, and when we checked out the next day, I just handed them back to the front desk along with the room keys. Then, thinking that perhaps my family might want to go, I asked for the two cards back. The front desk reluctantly returned one. I explained that there were two, but the front desk staff told me they could only give one. I was genuinely speechless. I reiterated that we had two rooms. Then, another woman at the front desk started arguing with me, saying that our booking didn't include them, and so on. If I hadn't been in such a hurry to leave, I would have had a proper debate with them at the front desk and made them open their eyes and check whether my Ctrip booking clearly stated that these tickets were included.
In the end, I left seething with anger and didn't bother visiting any museum. What dreadful service, I will never come back.

Super_DDDI chose the Vienna International Hotel Jiuzhaigou for my trip to Jiuzhaigou, and it was truly a comfortable stay. The hotel is set back from the road, so it's really quiet at night; you can't hear any cars, which is a huge relief for anyone who struggles with sleep. The room was very clean and well-maintained. We had a minor issue in the room, and as soon as we told the front desk, they came right away to fix it. They even followed up to ask if we needed anything else – the service was absolutely top-notch. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The most convenient part was the free shuttle to the scenic area in the morning, saving us the trouble of finding a ride or a taxi. They also have a laundry room and a gym, which is essential for travelers. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel is located about 3 kilometers from the scenic area entrance, on a hillside. They offer a very thoughtful and convenient shuttle service. The room was clean and tidy, and the wooden decor made me feel relaxed and warm. The furniture was also chosen with great artistic taste. In the evening, there was a bonfire in the courtyard on the first floor. The staff provided attentive and thorough service, even giving us two extra breakfasts. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Yilia..The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.
