Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space) We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us). Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

Beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The restaurant staff is simply incredible - very service-oriented, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room is quite big and the beds were comfortable. It takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance from the hotel and costs RMB 15 by taxi. We forgot to check out and called the hotel from the train station - the front desk was kind enough to check us out virtually and did not penalize us for not returning the card keys. A previous hotel in Xi'an charged us RMB 30 for a lost card key.

The room is spacious and clean, with smart remote control for room lighting, TV, curtains, and mountain views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It is one kilometer away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and can be reached on foot. The front desk lady Xiao Yang is very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. At first glance, it is a stunning, quaint hotel. Even though there are numerous no smeking signs, people were still smoking in the hotel. The first morning, I woke up with a stuff nose and a headache, because I could smell the cigarette smoke via the air conditioning. Each rolm has a wonderful screen and projector, but it is not foreigner-friendly...you have to have an Iqiyi account to watch movies. There is also no way of connecting a laptop or USB to the projector. The bathtub was faulty and even though I asked staff two days in a row to fix it, it still was not fixed. The water was leaving through the plug as fast as I was pouring it into the bathtub. They suggested that I just keep running the water, they did not care that I was using an enormous amount of water, which is bad for the environment. They suggested that I take a bath with the plastic sweet provider, which I did out of desperation. But I almost slipped and fell, which is very dangerous, especially for older people. Something That I did not pick up from the description, was that this hotel had a restaurant that provider live entertainment every night, which was extremely loud. The first night, they were noisy until about 11pm. The breakfast was traditional, but people would smoke in the breakfast area, which made it really unpleasant. The location is great, just a short walk from the park's entrance and there are many restaurants around.

Service: The day before check-in, the housekeeper will call and set up a service group. All questions will be answered and responded promptly~ The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: In fact, it is not just the pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area. I saw some friends who were too late to catch the bus, and the boss also helped to send them. Sincerity is always a killer move! Secondly, I still have to praise the pick-up and drop-off service at the scenic area. Jiuzhaigou is already a very mature scenic area, and there are really a lot of cars at the entrance. Summer vacation is also the rainy season. The rain will come and go, and it is hard to say how big it will be... The pick-up and drop-off is a timely help for the elderly and children. The service can be said to be very thoughtful. Facilities: The homestay is new, it can be said to be very designed and tasteful, the details are very attractive, the toiletries customized by niche brands~smart bathroom~and the water is quite stable. Check-in snacks~and the breakfast and dinner of the homestay are all worth praising! I hope you will maintain your level in the future and get better and better~~Zaxi Delek

Facilities: The facilities are very good. The room has everything it should have, and breakfast service is also provided in the morning. Hygiene: The room is clean and dust-free, making people feel at ease. The bedding is comfortable and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, providing an excellent sleeping experience. Environment: The location is excellent, located in a bustling area, and travel is very convenient. Service: The front desk staff has a good attitude and will not hesitate to help you if you need any help.

The environment is very good and comfortable. There are all Sam's products inside, the quality is very interesting. The air conditioner is not very cold, and the service lady also arranged a cold air machine for us. The service is very enthusiastic and it is very close to the scenic spot. I didn't take a photo of the hotel. The interior layout is basically the same as the promotional photos, so I will use the scenery photos instead.

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

The experience of staying at the hotel completely exceeded expectations! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, you can feel the strong Tibetan style, and the elements of Jiuzhai are hidden in the decoration details, which suddenly brings people into the atmosphere of travel. The front desk lady is super efficient, check-in is fast and intimate, and also actively reminded the traffic and precautions to go to the scenic spot the next day, super warm heart. The room we stayed in had a particularly good view. When we opened the curtains, we could see the mountain view in the distance. There was still mist in the morning, like ink painting. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was a cure to lie down after a day of running. The facilities are also very new, with sufficient hot water and air conditioning. This is too important in a place with a large temperature difference in Jiuzhai. The breakfast type is not amazing but very real, there are local specialty snacks, hot to eat a bowl of noodles and then set off to the scenic spot, all comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, not far from the scenic spot, there are some small restaurants around, it is convenient to come back at night to eat something. In short, this is a particularly comfortable accommodation experience. Next time you come to Jiuzhaigou, you will definitely choose here!
