5-Star Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

Surrounded by mountains, this hotel boasts breathtaking natural scenery and a tranquil, pleasant environment. The rooms are spacious, airy, and comfortably laid out, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's cats are adorable too! 😍 Petting them by the room door was incredibly therapeutic. The evening bonfire party also created a fantastic atmosphere. A special shout-out to staff member A Xing, who was incredibly warm and attentive, providing meticulous service. When we accidentally left personal belongings behind upon checking out, A Xing specifically arranged for someone to deliver them to the foot of the mountain. This thoughtfulness was truly touching. From the environment and rooms to the service, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou, and I'll definitely be back!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The front desk lady upgraded our room to one with a balcony and even gave us a small gift when she found out we were on our honeymoon – so thoughtful! **Environment:** Excellent, with beautiful mountain views. The whole place is very quiet, and the decor is stylish! **Service:** Very attentive. They arranged a driver to take us to Jiuzhaigou every day, and the driver was also super nice. The yak noodle soup for breakfast was delicious, and the lady who cooked it was so friendly, making us feel right at home. **Facilities:** Very complete, including an open-air hot spring bath, tatami mats, and free ******* costume photography. A shame we didn't get to experience them this time, but we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable bedding and a large sofa. The whole room featured voice-controlled smart features and a smart TV for watching movies. The bathroom was very clean, with a smart toilet and a separate wet and dry area. The shower water pressure was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They provided toiletries and breakfast for my child and even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Upon check-in, we received complimentary bottled water. Every evening, there was a free supper of delicious mini wontons. Breakfast was very generous, including local specialties like butter tea and sweet, plum-sized local prunes. The hotel is about 4 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. There's a free shuttle service that takes you to Jiuzhaigou in the morning and picks you up in the evening. This hotel offers excellent value for money. From Jiuzhaigou-Huanglong High-Speed Rail Station, you can take a tourist bus for about 2 hours and get off at the Jiuzhai stop. The hotel is about a 500-meter walk straight ahead. For the return journey, you can catch the bus at the same stop, just across the road.

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, the Indigo Jiuzhaigou was the biggest surprise of our trip. Our butler, Mark, was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible. My child absolutely loved this big brother. The hotel's Tibetan-Qiang aesthetic design is sophisticated and timeless, avoiding a forced or clichéd display of ethnic elements. The eagle installation in the lobby and the fire pit area create an amazing ambiance – every photo op turns out beautifully. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, even offering welcome hot tea upon arrival. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, the mattress is comfortable, and the complimentary travel photography also produced great shots. After a day of exploring, we had a very peaceful and restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Jiuzhaigou; I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the scenic area entrance, saving us time on taxis and traffic jams in the morning. Although it's a bit pricey, the convenience is definitely worth it. The hotel breakfast also gave us a chance to try ******* barley bread and yak butter tea. Without the pressure of sales promotions, we could really appreciate the local food in a relaxed setting. The hotel offers spa and sauna facilities, a gym, washing machines, and dryers. Just a few minutes' walk upriver from the hotel, there are many restaurants, and a post-meal stroll along the river is very pleasant.

This hotel is great, and Gesang provided excellent service. She promptly informed us about driving directions and the hotel's location, which was very helpful for those traveling by car. Parking was also convenient. The room was very clean and had a distinct ******* style. The hotel even offers a shuttle service directly to the scenic area entrance, which is super convenient!

I chose Wanda Yihua Hotel for my trip to Jiuzhaigou, and the staff's service was impeccable. As soon as we got off the bus, the bellhops immediately came to help with our large luggage. The front desk staff were efficient, polite, and explained everything clearly. Experiencing such thoughtful service while traveling made for a truly exceptional experience.

Big shoutout to Xiao He at the front desk! They even gave us a welcome gift of panda souvenirs and a breakfast voucher for the kids, which was a lovely touch. From the à la carte dining to the room service, everything was excellent. Definitely worth a stay.
