5-Star Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

This is my favorite hotel from all my travels. After visiting Jiuzhaigou, we checked in, and someone was there to pick us up and help with our luggage. The welcome fruit was delicious too. We had three activity options during our stay, and we chose the ******* lifestyle experience, which our child really enjoyed. The scenery is absolutely stunning; majestic snow-capped mountains above and lush green grasslands below. During the day, we rode horses and wandered through the mountains, feeling the wind weave through the trees 🌿. What I loved most, though, was quietly sitting and transcribing scriptures, finding inner peace through the ink and brush. I must say, this design is truly excellent. As night fell, we gathered around the bonfire and danced enthusiastically with the locals. At night, you can look up and see a sky full of brilliant stars 🌌. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. I was a little sad to leave, but I will definitely be back. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the world behind for a moment, Stealing two days of tranquil mountain peace, Here, time itself slows down. The welcome fruit upon check-in was absolutely delicious.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The front desk lady upgraded our room to one with a balcony and even gave us a small gift when she found out we were on our honeymoon – so thoughtful! **Environment:** Excellent, with beautiful mountain views. The whole place is very quiet, and the decor is stylish! **Service:** Very attentive. They arranged a driver to take us to Jiuzhaigou every day, and the driver was also super nice. The yak noodle soup for breakfast was delicious, and the lady who cooked it was so friendly, making us feel right at home. **Facilities:** Very complete, including an open-air hot spring bath, tatami mats, and free ******* costume photography. A shame we didn't get to experience them this time, but we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

✅ Free shuttle service to/from scenic area: The hotel is in a great location, quite close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. After exploring, you just need to walk to the Agricultural Bank of China in front of the scenic area, and a dedicated hotel shuttle will pick you up. ✅ Enjoy free 3 PM late check-out: We checked in after visiting Jiuzhaigou on the first day, and the next day we were very tired and just wanted to relax. Luckily, the hotel offered late check-out until 3 PM, so we got excellent rest. ✅ ******* costume photo opportunity within Jiuzhaigou: I didn't experience this service myself, but I saw ******* costumes available in the hotel lobby, which aligns with their promotion – very nice. ✅ Service: There were welcome fruits 🍐 in the room. I must commend the front desk staff. The in-room phone was always answered promptly. When checking in, the front desk attendant saw that our children were middle schoolers, not toddlers, and worried they wouldn't fit. She then kindly upgraded our room type for free 👍👍 Overall, it was a fantastic stay!!

Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong are absolutely stunning, I could visit them over and over again! 😍 This stay at Indigo was very satisfying. The hotel is exquisite and beautiful, with convenient access to food, entertainment, and travel photography services nearby. The room was very comfortable, which was much-needed after all the walking required at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. I slept really well both nights at Indigo. 😁 The concierge, Brother Selangzhu from the hotel's guest relations, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, a truly wonderful person. 👍

The environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

This hotel is great, and Gesang provided excellent service. She promptly informed us about driving directions and the hotel's location, which was very helpful for those traveling by car. Parking was also convenient. The room was very clean and had a distinct ******* style. The hotel even offers a shuttle service directly to the scenic area entrance, which is super convenient!

Although the room is a bit old, it's meticulously clean. The dome upon entering gives a great feeling, very similar to the InterContinental Lhasa – it instantly feels like an InterContinental paradise. The hotel's design is well-thought-out, and the room layout is excellent. The sheer curtain on the balcony was a bit dusty, but a quick call sorted it out. The welcome fruit selection was diverse, and Tony at the front desk provided genuinely warm and sincere service.

The biggest highlight of Banyan Tree is definitely its excellent spa products! Especially the various scents, they greatly alleviate travel fatigue 🥱. I decisively bought a few Thai fragrances from the group. This time, I had a sudden idea to experience the Banyan Tree on the mountaintop in Jiuzhaigou, even though it's not a new hotel. However, the service overall is very much on point. I'd especially like to commend Xiao Yan at the front desk for accurately perceiving guests' preferences regarding their needs – truly commendable. Ms. Wu Lixi, a manager in the front office, was also particularly professional when introducing fragrances. Regarding the F&B section, I want to especially praise Manager Yan at the restaurant. The red wine he recommended was excellent, and the spicy pepper beef stir-fry (diaolong) with it was incredibly delicious. Manager Rao Junqiang was also an exceptionally efficient F&B professional, with incredibly quick responses. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for many years, I can truly appreciate the heartwarming and attentive service. I wish Banyan Tree continued prosperity 😍
