We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

Anan1995Nestled in the mountains, this hotel offers a serene and beautiful retreat. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling gateway while still offering various entertainment, leisure, and dining options. The Tibetan-style decor is rustic and natural, and both the facilities and room amenities, including the toiletries, are excellent and thoughtfully chosen. The breakfast spread is abundant, featuring very fresh and organic food. The hotel service is incredibly attentive, with staff generally accommodating every request. The hotel provides a rich array of activities, such as visiting a ******* family, incense making, Thangka painting, and bonfire parties. I participated in a few and had a wonderful time. Having stayed at several five-star hotels during my trip, this one was my absolute favorite, and I'll definitely return when I visit Jiuzhai again. I must also mention a very friendly cat!

Daisy Fan YangAn absolutely wonderful stay! The front desk lady upgraded our room to one with a balcony and even gave us a small gift when she found out we were on our honeymoon – so thoughtful!
**Environment:** Excellent, with beautiful mountain views. The whole place is very quiet, and the decor is stylish!
**Service:** Very attentive. They arranged a driver to take us to Jiuzhaigou every day, and the driver was also super nice. The yak noodle soup for breakfast was delicious, and the lady who cooked it was so friendly, making us feel right at home.
**Facilities:** Very complete, including an open-air hot spring bath, tatami mats, and free ******* costume photography. A shame we didn't get to experience them this time, but we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

First, let's talk about the environment: The hotel's overall environment is captivating at first sight. The entire area consists of detached villa clusters nestled on the mountain slopes, scattered amidst lush greenery, offering complete privacy. The hotel's paths are serene, surrounded by trees and excellent ecological surroundings. You might occasionally spot small squirrels and various birds flitting through the woods, creating a healing and natural atmosphere. Each villa comes with a panoramic viewing terrace, and opening the windows reveals continuous green mountains – quiet, therapeutic, and truly atmospheric.
Next, the service: For this stay, I especially want to thank Manager Vincent Li. His service throughout was gentle yet professional, with sincerity evident in every detail. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully presented a chocolate cake. I initially only expected it to look good, but to my surprise, the cake had a rich and dense texture, exactly my favorite flavor. This unexpected surprise made the trip extra warm. During my stay, no matter what issues or needs arose, contacting Vincent always resulted in an immediate response and proper handling. He was patient and meticulous, without a hint of perfunctoriness. His exceptionally high standard of service significantly elevated the experience of this Jiuzhai trip. The hotel's travel photography service was also excellent! 👍
Finally, a small suggestion: The hotel's Western restaurant has a limited variety of dishes, and not many options. The BBQ platter was too ***** (mutton/lamb), so friends who can't tolerate that taste should definitely avoid it 🤣. It would be great if they could enrich the food selection in the future. To add: there aren't many dining options around the hotel. The Xiangmanyuan Yak Beef Hotpot recommended by the staff was just average, and the beef was *****. However, their small beef skewers (5 skewers for 12 yuan) were delicious, you can order more of those 😊.
Next time I visit Jiuzhaigou, Conrad will still be my first choice. My heartfelt thanks again to Manager Vincent Li for the perfect experience!

Guest UserWe booked the Indigo's 3-day, 2-night package through Ctrip, which perfectly aligned with our Jiuzhaigou trip. The hotel's public areas are stunningly designed and very photogenic, and the bedding is comfortable enough. However, for a resort hotel, the room we were assigned faced a high wall, offering virtually no view, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the service team was very attentive, and our WeChat communications were always promptly answered, with all our requests quickly followed up.
The photography experience included in the package only provided outfits, not makeup or hairstyling, so we paid extra to have our photos taken inside the scenic area. The biggest surprise of this trip was the visit to a ******* family's home; the atmosphere was warm and fun. However, the package only covered two people for our family of two adults and one child, so we had to pay an additional 60 RMB difference.
Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons – both the facilities and service have their highlights, but there are also details that require extra payment. Whether it's suitable or not, everyone can weigh it against their own needs and budget.

Guest UserThe environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

Guest UserI accidentally booked the wrong dates, but when I called the reservation center to change them, they were very helpful. They didn't reject my stay just because of my mistake and promptly adjusted my check-in time. They really seemed to put the customer first. The room was also very spacious, right next to the Romance Park. Our room had a great panoramic floor-to-ceiling window with mountain views and a view of the Romance Park area. It's also relatively close to Jiuzhaigou, and it's easy to catch a taxi or bus right outside the hotel. The main thing is that it's lively and convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment. It was very hot when we stayed, but thankfully it's a 5-star hotel with an outdoor pool. The public facilities are truly excellent, and the breakfast was very extensive, probably with 70 to 80 different options. I particularly loved the noodle bar. Highly recommended!

wonghui123Ken Li Kun, the branch manager, was incredibly attentive and patient throughout my stay. They never shied away from an issue, proactively communicated at the first sign of trouble, and efficiently resolved everything. Their demeanor was warm and polite, and their professionalism truly stood out. This meticulous and thoughtful service significantly enhanced my overall experience. I highly commend this manager's professional ethics, and it's thanks to excellent staff like them that the hotel's reputation shines so brightly. Special recognition is definitely due.

MachongqingNavigation was spot-on. It was pouring rain when we arrived, but the front desk, especially Ms. Liu, and the handsome doormen greeted us warmly with umbrellas and helped with our luggage. They even upgraded our room to the same one we had last year! The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent, and the head chef even remembered us from our visit last year. The hotel rooms are well-maintained, service is quick and responsive, and everything is clean. We spent two days exploring the forest, lake, and lawn behind the hotel and still didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back!

Guest UserFor my May Day holiday, I chose Jiuzhai, and for my stay in Jiuzhai, I picked the Delta. The hotel's quality is undeniable, and all facilities and services were great. They even organized quite a few activities to create a family-friendly atmosphere. I asked the front desk, and they said it's a step up from the Courtyard, mainly because of the larger room sizes, with even the basic rooms having bathtubs, and the decor is also more upscale. Overall, I highly recommend it.
One thing I personally think needs improvement is the management of the gym. I saw some children in there, which is quite dangerous and should be prohibited. Many adults these days lack common sense, with low EQ and IQ. If a child were to get hurt there, the parents would definitely blame the hotel.
