I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

What I loved most was the overall ambiance; it really felt like a vacation. I especially recommend the courtyard rooms. We happened to catch some rain during our stay, and sitting outside listening to the drizzle was incredibly relaxing – definitely the most memorable part of our trip. However, there were quite a few complaints regarding service details. The hotel's shuttle service is outsourced to an external fleet. They were almost half an hour late picking us up from the high-speed train station, which was not a great experience. For our return trip to the station, the car the hotel arranged for us was significantly more expensive than the normal rates in town, which felt a bit unfair. Plus, during the holiday, the car fleet clearly couldn't handle the demand, and they couldn't guarantee transport for guests to scenic spots. I hope the hotel can really improve on this. In terms of value for money, the room rates were on the pricier side compared to hotels of a similar caliber, making the overall value seem low. If it weren't for the courtyard environment, I would have felt it wasn't worth it. The dining experience was also a bit baffling. They offered several different set menus, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them were minimal. It felt like they were trying to imitate the portioned dining style of boutique guesthouses but only copied the superficial aspect, which was quite amusing. Another point is the relatively remote location. There are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you want a proper meal, you have to walk a fair distance to 'Bianbian Street,' which isn't very convenient for guests without a car or those who don't like walking. Overall, the environment and the tranquil atmosphere of listening to the rain in the courtyard were fantastic – perfect for a getaway to unwind. But if convenience, transfers, and value for money are important to you, I'd recommend doing more research before deciding.

Nestled in Zhongzhagou, the hotel boasts an excellent environment. You can enjoy stunning mountain views right from your balcony – simply sitting there and unwinding is a wonderful experience. A short walk to the nearby hillside also offers beautiful scenery. We also got to try making ******* incense and painting Thangka, which was a great experience. It's about a 25-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and there's a free shuttle service to the scenic area every morning. The service was also fantastic, with quick and responsive staff who were always happy to help.

First, let's talk about the environment: The hotel's overall environment is captivating at first sight. The entire area consists of detached villa clusters nestled on the mountain slopes, scattered amidst lush greenery, offering complete privacy. The hotel's paths are serene, surrounded by trees and excellent ecological surroundings. You might occasionally spot small squirrels and various birds flitting through the woods, creating a healing and natural atmosphere. Each villa comes with a panoramic viewing terrace, and opening the windows reveals continuous green mountains – quiet, therapeutic, and truly atmospheric. Next, the service: For this stay, I especially want to thank Manager Vincent Li. His service throughout was gentle yet professional, with sincerity evident in every detail. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully presented a chocolate cake. I initially only expected it to look good, but to my surprise, the cake had a rich and dense texture, exactly my favorite flavor. This unexpected surprise made the trip extra warm. During my stay, no matter what issues or needs arose, contacting Vincent always resulted in an immediate response and proper handling. He was patient and meticulous, without a hint of perfunctoriness. His exceptionally high standard of service significantly elevated the experience of this Jiuzhai trip. The hotel's travel photography service was also excellent! 👍 Finally, a small suggestion: The hotel's Western restaurant has a limited variety of dishes, and not many options. The BBQ platter was too ***** (mutton/lamb), so friends who can't tolerate that taste should definitely avoid it 🤣. It would be great if they could enrich the food selection in the future. To add: there aren't many dining options around the hotel. The Xiangmanyuan Yak Beef Hotpot recommended by the staff was just average, and the beef was *****. However, their small beef skewers (5 skewers for 12 yuan) were delicious, you can order more of those 😊. Next time I visit Jiuzhaigou, Conrad will still be my first choice. I booked this hotel with high expectations, as it was ranked as a top family-friendly hotel near Jiuzhaigou, but I left a bit disappointed. Firstly, there was no butler service, which was a letdown. I hadn't done any research and just came here because I saw reviews saying it was beautiful. However, upon arrival, I found the entire Huamei Shengdi resort quite deserted. Walking from east to west, there were hardly any people, and most shops were closed. We visited the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and it was eerily quiet; we were the only visitors. We stayed for two nights and found it incredibly boring. It wasn't until the day we left that I realized the beautiful scenery everyone was raving about in the reviews was in Zhongzhagou, which required a taxi ride from the hotel. This was another thing the butler service (had it existed) failed to inform us about. Secondly, the hotel offered very few kid-friendly facilities. There was an extremely miniature kids' club with torn picture books, and the 'caterpillar' crawl tunnel was broken, posing a safety hazard. There were only two coin-operated kiddie rides, and only one power outlet. My younger son was playing on one, but then probably got bored playing alone. Soon after, another child came, and my son wanted to play again, but my older son unplugged his ride and plugged it into the other child's. My younger son missed out, then went to unplug the other child's ride himself. After I stopped him, he cried uncontrollably, and no staff member came to mediate. Moreover, the power outlets were exposed and within reach of children, which is inherently dangerous. Thirdly, the hotel is split into two buildings. To get from one to the other on the first floor, you have to cross an open-air courtyard, then walk through the restaurant to the outside, and then to the building across. It's very inconvenient. There's a connecting corridor on the second floor, but my room card wouldn't work for the second-floor elevator, so I could only use the first-floor route. At night, this small courtyard had no lights, and there was a step. Coincidentally, while I was telling my crying younger son that he shouldn't do dangerous things like unplugging other people's rides at the playground, my older son was running around the courtyard to get his steps in. He tripped over the step and scraped his knee. I later saw a 'caution step' sign, but it was unreadable in the dark. The lobby manager later apologized for this incident, and their service attitude was very good. Fourthly, there was absolutely no view from the hotel window, perhaps because it was a basic room type? The window faced directly onto a wall, and there was no balcony, which completely ruined any sense of a vacation. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty smell upon entering, which my kids immediately complained was too pungent. We got a much better room after changing, but still, having a wall directly outside the window was quite unpleasant. The hotel's advantages are its spacious rooms and well-equipped children's amenities. Thoughtful details like the step stool and children's toilet seat were great. My younger son also loved the small tent and slide in the room. The staff members were all very kind. On the first afternoon we arrived, the kids were starving, so we ordered room service. The food was delicious, delivery was quick, and they polished off everything. The hotel is still a bit of a distance from Jiuzhaigou, about a 20-minute drive during peak hours. If I go back in the future, I won't choose to stay at Huamei Shengdi again.

The environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

The service was excellent! Our butler, Lisa, was so attentive, arranging a room upgrade and exclusive access to the hot springs. The environment here is truly beautiful; from our room's balcony, we looked directly into the forest, with clean, fresh air full of negative ions. In the distance, we could see stunning snow-capped mountains. As the first five-star hotel in the Jiuzhai area, it's quite a contrast to the cluster of hotels that have sprung up near the park entrance now. It's not very convenient if you don't drive, as the hotel shuttle bus requires a reservation and payment, and it's a 30-minute ride. Breakfast was bountiful, and as a member, I received complimentary yak yogurt and durian pastries – delicious! The hotel also has Sichuan and hot pot restaurants, where you can enjoy song and dance performances. We stayed for two nights, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.

My stay at Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering expansive views from the balcony. Waking up to a sea of clouds and majestic mountains in the morning was breathtaking, and the ******* architectural style really added to the ambiance. The room was clean and elegant, and the service was attentive and thoughtful, with staff responding promptly. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with fresh ingredients. It's a peaceful and healing retreat away from the bustling scenic area, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Jiuzhaigou. It's ideal for a vacation, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou!

This hotel was our stopover after visiting Jiuzhaigou, and I got to check out one of the few Delta Hotels in China. The price was incredibly good value for money, especially during peak season. The environment, facilities, and breakfast all met our expectations. It's really well-suited as a transit hotel for self-driving trips.
