Even taking into account that Egypt is still recovering its tourist infrastructure, this hotel is extremely far from what should be expected. Our experience began when we arrived, at 10 p.m., and the room was not ready. Neither ours nor anyone else in the travel group. When they gave it to us, it was without towels, without toilet paper, gel or shampoo and with loc challenges from previous clients. The breakfast buffet is average at best. It is the first time that in a hotel, of any category, I do not see coffee (there are only Nescafe sachets). And few pastries, so the options are limited. The store inside the hotel doesn't really know what hours it has. And the drinks and food at the bar have absurdly high prices. We are talking about 2 simple combined dishes with 2 drinks cost us €50 in Egypt. And there would be more things, but I think that with this you can already have an idea. Honestly, if your agency has assigned you this hotel, I would try to change it.
