All the staff were friendly and helpful. To be highlighted are the reception and restaurant. The outdoor area, including the animals that appeared regularly, was very interesting and had something of a safari and holiday feel about it. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need to be renovated and modernized. But nothing was missing here either. The food selection was sufficient, but could be a little more extensive (fruit, cheese), especially at breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and has a very large footprint. The rooms are fully equipped with African features, both indoor and outdoor bathrooms and large balconies. You can walk to the lake in a few minutes' walk, and you can watch hippo feeding every day from 12:00 to 12:00. The price is three meals, but Ctrip’s order only contains the early date. We only know when we check out, and we waste more than a thousand dollars.

Facilities: The hotel can take a boat to the lake center island, the service is very thoughtful. The price is not 40 dollars/person for work, 33 dollars/person for the island. This was my second visit to this facility , the first i had brought a a group for a training for a number of days and this last one was a quick stay while doing a consultancy in Naivasha. I love the cleanliness around the hotel,the quite neighbourhood and friendly staffs. A very good budget facility for those on short assignments in Naivasha. One key area for improvement is having ramps leading to rooms for those with disabilities and ensuring that they use non-slippery tiles at the doors since during rainy season, the slippery tiles can be a disaster for someone using mobility aids for their movements into and out of the rooms. It is hard to get into the rooms if you are a wheelchair user
