호텔 위치는 깔끔하고 좋았지만 엘리베이터 가는 불안하게 운행이 되었습니다 주차장에 제공된다고 하였는데 공사중이라 주차를 할 수가 없어 어려움이 있었습니다

Place claims they have a hot tub under amenities they in fact do not…the front desk lady was very rude…I included the spa access with my room which was an additional charge but the lady did not let me into the spa access as paid for.

The hotel has a great location, just a couple of minutes from the river and 5-7 minutes from the tourist center, very friendly staff. The hotel building itself is old and very beautiful, located on a quiet street, where you can take a nice walk, especially in the evening. The hotel also has saunas, a salt room, a terrace, a wonderful restaurant ... in general, I liked everything very much and I will definitely come back here again.

Amazing stay! Stayed with family for four days. The room was really good. It was spacious and provided a nice new of surroundings. The staff was accommodative. We booked the room with half board but realized that the menu had limited options in veg , one of us was vegetarian. On second day, shared with the reception. The hotel refunded the amount without any hassle during check out. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast provided was also good variety. Will visit again.

Great position, in the city center. Offering parking by prior arrangement. Very good breakfasts every day. Helpfull staff. Also offering sauna, massages and other spa procedures. Room equipment is a bit older but fully functional without defects. Prices are not so expensive, comparing other hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel. Good staff who gave very good advise about the location and hotsprings. Good breakfast and very cosy hotel. Very quiet even if roadside facing. Excellent location. Close to woods and tracking path leading to Diana lookout point which was 30min walk. Super massage and excellent therapist.

Отдыхали 15 мая 2023 года с сыночком у Вас ! Выражаем огромную благодарность персоналу гостиницы. Они такие трудяги - целыми днями что-то убирают, моют. Так приятно возвращаться в чистые номера. Администраторы гостиницы очень вежливы - приятно всегда к ним обращаться , помогут и подскажут !Хочется отметить, что все очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Мы уже дважды здесь побывали, надеемся приехать еще!Огромное Спасибо всем! Рекомендую Приезжайте и Вы не пожалеете ! ,, Английский Двор,,- это гостиница - куда хочется вернуться снова и снова ! Das Zimmer war gut , es war auch sehr sauber. Lediglich die Vorhänge, mit denen man die Fenster in den oberen Stockwerken nicht ganz verdunkeln konnte, haben gestört. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend sehr spärlich und definitiv nicht für Vegetarier geeignet. Es gab Nudeln ohne Soße, der Reis war verkocht und auch auf Anfrage gab es keine vegetarische Alternative , stattdessen wurde genervt reagiert. Der Spa-Bereich mit 15€/Tag pro Person ist unserer Meinung nach viel zu teuer, da es ja auch keinen Pool gibt und der Spa erst ab 16 Uhr öffnet.
