Not as advertised no beach to sit as it was covered in sea****, only entertainment on 2 nights buffet was never hot,building works going on.When booking this holiday it said refurbished for 2024 but there is still no gym no A"l carte and the second bar we will not be returning.

The staff are mostly good and the food is decent but the room itself has too many problems. Water was dripping from the light in the bathroom and staff didn’t come to check the room when requested. TV remote didn’t work. The AC stopped working during one of the nights The sink is found in the main room not in the bathroom and the Satellite TV barely has any working channels. Chromecast didn’t work with WIFI either

Alejandro made our stay the best it could possibly be. So kind and polite and always made an effort to speak to us on a daily basis. A credit to the hotel. The hotel itself was amazing and the staff definitely made our stay that much better. So friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend here to anyone solely for the staff. Thank you guys we had the best time possible

1 week holiday. We were placed in a room across the road which was a beautiful quiet spot however the room smelt stale. The safe was not secured down and although we asked for this to happen it didn’t happen so not able to use it. Pool area immaculate and clean. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice However evening meal was shocking, no labels to say what the dishes were and was luke warm when it should have been hot. Toilets by the bar area had no lock and the hand towels were not kept topped up. The pool did not have any depth sign up saying how deep it was. Kavos itself was a dump. Beach filthy. Not suitable for older people so should only visit here if you are young and like the clubbing scene. It’s the small things that can easily be corrected that matter

I would highly recommend this hotel, the deluxe rooms are lovely and loved the large comfy bed. All the staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. I've never experienced Customer Sevice quite like it, they go above and beyond for you..Outstanding! I am Gluten Free, the Chef showed me every day what I can/can't eat, very grateful thank you. A lot of good variety food available. The pool area is lovely & relaxing, the sunbeds are so comfortable. The entertainment of the Saxophone player was fabulous! Thanks again for a great holiday I wish you all the best for the future 🙂

Had an issue with a shelf falling when we hung somethings on the hanging rod, and air conditioning didnt work. Went to front desk and explained and they investigated and moved us to the next room. Which was good and we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite lovely.

Alexandro is my favourite person for cockatails, he is the best in the business!! He does anything you want and in a swift tomw amount, very happy with the cocktail service here, as a 20 year old travelling, really happy with the price and amount !!
