Staying in the off season is great if you want quiet and a more relaxed a**osphere. Breakfast was amazing, the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I will say that the room can get pretty hot and there was no option to blow cooler air.

This is an amazing restored home that had a very friendly and helpful staff. The beds are antique style, so very cool but not the most comfortable. There are very lovely shops and restaurants in easy walking distance as well.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay . This was my first stay here since it had new ownership, I had had regular stays there in years past, still a great place, but I do miss the way the inn had been decorated and accessorized in the past, it’s more trendy now and probably showing my age saying that,

I surprised my boyfriend with a one day/night trip to Kennebunkport for his birthday. We stayed at the Captain's Collection in the Jefferd's House, and it totally exceeded my expectations. Everything about this place was awesome. The staff made us feel so welcomed and the rooms were spotless, clean and super comfy. The living rooms were perfect for relaxing, reading and chatting with other guests during the day & enjoying wine by the fireplace at night. The location was great, very close to nice restaurants and adorable shops. We wished we had more time to spend another night. Telling all our friends about the experience and we can't wait to come back!

Great place for a romantic, quiet getaway during NYE. Only negative I can think of is almost everything is closed which made it somewhat difficult to plan eating wise. Restos were open on NYE but just need to be sure to make Reses way in advance. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the common area with fireplace is beautiful. We booked massages at the The Fifth Om which was a great way to start the new year. Look forward to coming back!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The house was decorated for the holidays and the town was so festive. The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was just what we needed to get started in the morning and we hardly wanted to leave the sofas with the fireplace burning everyday. Super cozy
