An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were so kind and friendly and the hospitality they showed us was outstanding. The room was immaculate, and tastefully decorated. I could have stayed there forever! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Last but not least, the breakfast and the service were just perfect. Many thanks for the experience!

We were rather disappointed with this hotel. It was quite expensive (and for the price they charge I would expect all the 'details' to be attended to). But it felt like the owners were away and they'd left it to a friend to run for them. The 'details' that were missed included no loo rolls in the bathroom, no towels in the spa and a rather mediocre/slow breakfast (The Lonely Planet Guide talks about "lavish locally sourced breakfast" - but it was far from this). The bedroom we were in (no 6) had a large gap under the door, so it was very draughty, and the bedroom was tiny (a narrow double bed jammed into a corner so you had to clamber over your partner to get to the loo). There was no tea/coffee making option. On the plus side it is a wonderful location...

Je suis venue avec des amis en août. Certains ont été logés dans des chambres et d'autres dans des suites. Les chambres ont les lits à même le sol et sont en rdc. Fuite d'eau dans les toilettes... Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre bien que la nuit en été les températures peuvent tomber à 17 degres. Bien entendu pas de clim. Je déconseille très fortement les chambres. Les suites sont spacieuses et ont une belles vues mais elles sont chères. Les salle de bains mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Le personnel est très désagréable. Nous avions l'impression de les déranger des que l'on s'approchait de la réception. Mais la plus grande déception est le petit dej. Dans leur site, il vante un petit dej maison où ils mettent en valeur les produits locaux... tout n'est que mensonge : confitures industrielles bas de gamme, jus d'orange en poudre mélange avec de l'eau, pain immangeable, café infecte (possibilité d'avoir un café express en supplément), Omelette préparé à l'avance... c'est le plus mauvais petit dej mangé en Grèce. Je ne vous recommande pas cet hébergement ou tout n'est que mensonge et où l'hospitalité est loin d'être au rdv.

Αξέχαστες διακοπές στο Primoula Country Hotel and Spa . Η «καλή μέρα» φάνηκε από την υπεύθυνη των κρατήσεων, ευγενική και εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετική! Όλα επιβεβαιώθηκαν όταν φτάσαμε στον χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. Μείναμε στη σουίτα Κέδρος.Άνετη, πεντακάθαρη , πολύ προσεγμένη! Ό,τι ζητούσαμε ήταν στον χώρο μας μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά. Η κυρία Νάνσυ, πάντα χαμογελαστή και πρόθυμη να κάνει τις διακοπές μας … απόλαυση. Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ ωραίο! Όλα χειροποίητα με καλά και αγνά υλικά! Ο Παναγιώτης φρόντιζε πριν από εμάς για εμάς , με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη! Ο,τι ζητούσαμε ήταν στο πιάτο μας σε λίγα λεπτά, καθώς ο Στέλιος , ο εκκολαπτόμενος σεφ έφτιαχνε αριστουργήματα! Επισκεφτήκαμε και τον χώρο του Spa που είχε τζακούζι και χαμάμ , μια φοβερή ευκαιρία για χαλάρωση έπειτα από μια μέρα γεμάτη πεζοπορία και διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Πρέπει επίσης να τονίσω πως το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο , γιατί τα Άνω Πεδινά είναι σε κεντρική θέση για να γυρίσει κανείς τα Ζαγοροχώρια.Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και φύγαμε με την υπόσχεση να γυρίσουμε σύντομα! Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο σε μια ήσυχη γωνιά των Άνω Πεδινών , τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση, άνετα πέτρινα δωμάτια όπως στην περιγραφή. Το πρωίνό ήταν η καλύτερη στιγμή της διαμονής !! Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω με την πρώτη ευκαιρία !

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα: Η ευγένεια του προσωπικού έτοιμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει, τα δωμάτια με τον ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα τους, ο ζεστός χώρος του σπα, ο κοινόχρηστος χωρος με την όμορφη διακόσμηση, η τοποθεσία με την θέα, το πρωινό..Μας πρόσφεραν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση σε σουίτα. Ξεφύγαμε πραγματικά και μείναμε παραπάνω από όσο υπολογίζαμε..

Για τα 245€ τη βραδιά περίοδο Χριστουγέννων ήταν ανεπαρκές. Ανεπαρκής καθαριότητα. Οι πεθαμένες μύγες ήταν στο δωμάτιο, στο πάτωμα και στα παράθυρα, από την πρώτη ως τη τελευταία μέρα. Ανεπαρκές δωμάτιο. Τα κρεβάτια για τα παιδιά υπερβολικά μικρά. Η ντουζιέρα τόσο μικρή που οριακά μπορεί κάποιος να στρίψει. Ανεπαρκές πρωινό. Πρόθυμος ο κ. Στέλιος αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Λίγες επιλογές και κάποιες που στο τέλος μάθαμε ότι δεν ήταν στην τιμή. Ανεπαρκές parking. Ανεπαρκής χώρος πρωινού. Για την τα 245€ σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα επέλεγα το ξενοδοχείο αυτό ξανά.

245 ευρώ το τρίκλινο, που ήταν δίκλινο. Μιας και ο καναπές ήταν για μικρό παιδί μόνο（ύψος μέχρι 150）. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος ούτε για τις αποσκευές....ούτε τσάντα για άπλυτα, ούτε παντόφλες （ενώ το έγραφαν）, ο νιπτήρας έτρεχε νερό, δεν είχαν ποτηράκι για όδοντοβουρτσες, ούτε conditioner. Η καθαριότητα ήταν χάλια, μέχρι που μάσκα πεταμένη στο πάτωμα δεν την μάζεψαν ποτέ. Την πρώτη μέρα δεν είχε καν ζεστό νερό. Ζήτησαν συγγνώμη αλλά ήξεραν.... να χρεώσουν τα τοστ που πήραμε στο πρωινό στο τέλος. Οπότε δεν άξιζε ούτε για 100 ευρώ......Δεν ξέρω τι είδαν οι άλλοι στις κριτικές τους αλλά δεν είμαι καθόλου υπερβολικος....
