College Farm Bed & Breakfast

Englisch/German: Wonderful B&B, completely quiet location, exceptionally comfortable rooms (3 nights), excellent breakfast & dinner, parking available. And an extremely friendly hostess! Wunderbares B&B, völlig ruhig gelegen, außergewöhnlich gemütliche Zimmer (3 Übernachtungen), hervorragendes Frühstück & Abendessen, Parkplatz vorhanden. Und eine äußerst sympathische Gastgeberin!

Me & my dad attended a wedding at college farm and we stayed the night. We had a lovely experience. The house being medieval and built during the 1300s was full of character & charm. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Much nicer than any hotel I stayed at. The breakfast was fantastic. Best bacon I ever had in my life! The owner of the house was lovely and she had a brilliant sense of humour. Warm cosy wedding venue, gorgeous B&B and lovely people. You can't really expect more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at College Farm for one night. The house is lovely and in a very peaceful location, the room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom with good shower. Katharine was very welcoming and provided us with tea and freshly baked biscuits which were delicious. She is a great host and very accommodating and kind, reserving a table for us for dinner & even picking us up afterwards. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed chatting to the other guests. We really enjoyed our short stay, would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

This B&B is absolutely excellent! Our room was cosy and very comfortable and the breakfasts were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and Ian and Rosemary were really wonderful hosts! Thank you so much!

We were made very welcome here in such a lovely old farmhouse with a big bedroom. The hosts welcomed us with tea and biscuits and provided us with local information. We enjoyed our chats with the other guests over an excellent breakfast. It's in a rural setting far from any noise and walking distance from a nice pub to eat. Ideally located for many of the Suffolk places of interest and we did not get chance to see all we had wanted to so will be back next year.

After spending 5 nights at College Farm I could go on and on about Katharine’s warm hospitality, the incredible breakfast each morning, the gorgeous bedroom, the spacious bathroom, and the lovely grounds. Instead I will simply say that it was perfect in every way.
