Kwanza Resort, is undoubtedly one of the best holiday destinations you'll ever encounter. From the moment you step foot through the entrance, you'll be greeted by a team of super-friendly staff members who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary. During my visit, I had the unfortunate experience of Precision Air leaving my luggage in Kenya (a story for another day!). However, Mariam, a true angel, dedicated her time and effort to assist me in retrieving my belongings. Despite not knowing when exactly my bag would arrive, she provided reassurance and called the airline relentlessly. I can't thank her enough for her unwavering support. Mariam truly embodies the essence of exceptional customer service. Not only was Mariam exceptional, but the resort's staff as a whole was outstanding. Hagar, the always-smiling receptionist, was a delight to interact with. Her warm demeanor made me feel instantly welcome. Queen, a beautiful lady who epitomizes customer service excellence. Her attentiveness and understanding of our needs were unparalleled. I must also mention Isaya (or was it Ishail?) - a waiter we encountered on his first day, Monday. Despite being new, he delivered service that surpassed our expectations. We eagerly anticipated Harunas' greeting in Zulu, which never failed to brighten our day. His genuine joy in seeing us happy and smiling was contagious. And all the remarkable waiters at the main restaurant made our experience truly unforgettable. The resort's commi**ent to cleanliness is commendable. The rooms are promptly cleaned and turned down the beds each evening, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing environment throughout your stay. However, as a South African, I couldn't help but crave a bit more flavour and seasoning in the cuisine offered. Khamis was a friendly and charming pool volleyball coach- i thoroughly enjoyed these sessions the downside: the pricing of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are way too expensive! . The restaurants are never fully booked but they would turn you away - doesn't make business sense restaurant booking should be offered as soon as you have paid for the resort so that one has prebooked before they even get there. Overall magnificent We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kwanza Resort.
