The location is great, easy access to TRX and Pavilion (like 5mins walk). The lift in the building is slow and the card sensor sometimes doesn't work and you didn't notified, been a few times travelling up to 40+ floor and down to G floor because the lift doesn't registered your floor. The title said KL Tower view, but the room I get is TRX view, and I actually prefer TRX view too. :)
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The environment is fantastic, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Most importantly, the hotel is located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making shopping and traveling around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were all very polite and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!
This is a best hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the heart of Bukit Bintang and a few minutes to the train station. We can checked in early since there was a room available. Thank you front office. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just two night before going back to Kuching.

Room is basic clean. Bed is very comfortable. Tv limited choices of channels. Interior ok modern looking
Location wise near to sogo, mydin and hkl. Parking spot very limited. Valet parking at around rm15/day. No choice have to spend some more.
Transparent toilet but got bidai from outside.
Breakfast is great. Food of many varieties. Got the best tea masala.
The pool tastes weird. First time mandi pool masin. Not kids friendly pool. Suitable for those who can swim and adult. Got bar beside the pool
We have stayed in a few hotel around Bukit Bintang area but so far we liked this hotel best. It is located within walking distance to the main shopping belt but the area is not overly busy at night. Easy to get around the area and very near to Jalan Alor. They provided afternoon tea for guests, wines, snack, fruits coffee & tea. In the evening they provide green or red bean soup too. There is also a cute resident cat always hanging outside of the hotel too. Service is great too, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back and stay in this hotel for our future trip.
Paid $230 for 2 nights 2 king beds with small kitchen & fridge. Love the size of the room that all of us can stay together. The counter is friendly too. The downside is that the cleanliness and recovery service needs to be improve. We found 2 insects in the room which have no idea what is it. The housekeeper just clean off without stating any reason. The blanket are old and yellowish but the bed are big. We are able walk to pavilion but is a slope means we have to walk up and down the slope which is not friendly to elderly. Laundry service needs to pay as well.
Decent place to stay, not many other people were staying here at the same time, so it was quiet. We were surprised to have a nice view of the KL tower from elevator area.
Our room had a king bed and was very large, but the door had gaps all around so the mosquitoes were unavoidable… the curtains cover the window, but at night the light coming in from the door and window make the room feel bright.
Sheets and towels smell clean, but are very worn, clearly need new ones as they are worn thin and stained. Mattress was comfortable, but clearly older (like you can feel where people always sleep).
Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Overall, would recommend it, but just know what to expect.
Great stay, amazing views and the check-in worked very smoothly. The pool is under construction but was offered to change locations and the contact person was very fast to reply.
Amazing gym!

Location a bit far from Petaling Street about 7 mins walk but just opposite Pudu Central which is very convenient and fast for bus rides! Room is clean and well equipped with nice service👌🏻Metro station might need some walk about 8-10mins but still acceptable.

KKenBelIt's in the city center, and there are many tourist attractions within walking distance.
I requested a quiet room on a high floor, but the elevator chime and loud conversations in the common areas are a bit annoying.
Public transportation is within 10 minutes, and if you get a room with a view of Merdeka 118, you'll be lucky!
Security is also solid, so you can stay with peace of mind.
The rattling elevator may be a little scary.

EEugenieeeThank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging.
My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter!
The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful!
The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged.
I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.
NNurayuniHad a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.
NNg Hui EnLocation is ok, walkable to pavillion. As booking is under third party, there is no parking lot provided. Parking not desirable as there are limited outdoor parking lot beside the building. If you cant get a lot, then you have to park elsewhere. Swimming pool under tight security by the security guard who eye power you to dry thoroughly as the guest arent allow to make the lift lobby wet. Apartment is ok but the aircon took a long while to turn cold especially with the hot KL weather. It’s noisy even at 11pm with cars honking outside. Not sure if that is the norm. Will probably try the hotel next time to see if it is better.
DDedekTravelerThe location is the main reason we booked their room.. it was just perfecto... near everything specially in the heart center of Bukit Bintang ...
other just OK.. we love the pool, the scenery..the guard so helpfull ..
CchiragduIt is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them.
AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them.
No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby.
Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good.
Not a noisy road outside but the view from the room is limited. Not sure about parking but did not see any outside the hotel.
Llyu571The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night.
The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast.
The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up.
The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was fine, good location and big lobby with decent rooms. Despite that, the bed sheets and pillowcase were very nasty, with many yellow and red steams. I bet you could improve this because it’s not nice for guests to find a nice bed but after one night finding out that it’s actually dirty.

AAnonymous UserGood service, good facilities, clean room, cool AC, stayed for 3 nights and extended another 2 nights. Location near jalan alor, coin laundry is nearby. Public transport available so you can travel anywhere. Very convenient!
FFYLAKTISVery small room. Was not deluxe room. WiFi so so bad. Actually nothing in the room. Shower heater broken. Liquid bottle for soap was empty. Window very dirty. Blood on the curtain's. Bad experience. In the room nothing have to make tea or coffee. No one chair to seat.
