I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is perfect - it's connected to the Petronas Twin Towers and has stunning views of the city.
My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it!
The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped.
But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in the heart of the city.” 5/5 stars!

Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

The location is great! The room I booked has a view of the Twin Towers. It's just downstairs. The hotel room is big enough, and the home appliances are all Sony and Bosch. The hardware is very good. But the hygiene is too bad. I sincerely recommend that you bring everything with you if you stay here, such as towels, disposable quilts, etc. They probably don't change them. They look dirty. My child and I didn't dare to take off our clothes to sleep.

Wonderful Stay
I had an amazing stay at Tropicana. The staff was incredibly friendly. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The amenities were fantastic. Overall, a great experience, and we'll definitely return next time!!!
