The layout of the hotel is confusing. The wrong lift taken will bring us to other office building. Got a bad view too - view of cemetery and parking lot. The swimming pool is not kid friendly. And dont have any view from the swimming pool. Foods are great. Room is nice. Location is good. Walking distance to klcc.

Beautiful room, lots of space in the room, view of other hotels, walking distance to the train station, very close to everything - about 2-3 miles away from popular attractions, limited amentities, no comb, no shaver… beautiful lobby, check in took quite long because only 1 guy at the check in desk, other than that, everything is fine…

I first stayed at this hotel late last year for a family trip, and the service truly stood out. They even offered to switch pillows to match my preference, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, all the landmark buildings are nearby, making it a great location. Now back for a business trip, I’m pleased to see that the high standards have been well maintained. The breakfast spread is great, offering a good variety to start the day right. The only downside is the traffic—I nearly got late for a meeting despite adding a 30 min buffer on top of the live ETA on map, and not t mention that it's a 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. But then again, that’s just a common challenge for any hotel in central KL area. Still, an excellent stay and I would definitely return! 👍🏻

Located at a very good and convenient area, rooms are quite spacious and large bathroom. However we were given a corner room and the TV is mounted 1 side of the wall facing 1 of the twin bed, so the other guest on the other bed could not see quite clearly. There is an eco water tap installed for filter water so bottled water is not provided. Overall it is a good experience staying here.

The lobby has interesting deco. I love the double queen size beds for my family of 4 where a baby and toddler cosleep with us. But the pillows are way too soft but the housekeeping are able to accommodate more pillows as they lacked of hard ones. The room and bathroom are clean and well equipped. Addition, I requested for a birthday cake for my hubby's bday the day before my hubby fasting and my daughter informed staff at breakfast and the manager gave us another cake for her. Staff accommodated my late check out as my kiddos napped in the afternoon. Breakfast at 1st level sedap was big but lack of flavours such as cheesy egg omelette lack of cheese but it's OK to take more cheese by myself on the cold serve. I also managed to try out breakfast at living space with slightly better variations of breakfast but saw a small cockroach climbing at the side of the heating machine. Shamsir seem to be the supervisor there and permitted my babies and I to try as my hotel only allow Sedap, thanks. The garden is simple but love the pools with jacuzzi even though I didn't get into it since caring for my sick baby. We are able to walk to the malls within 5 min but having a wheelchair and stroller aren't easy on the steep slope when crossing over to Banyan hotel as they are beside each other. We will still return to this hotel and recommend to families.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The food was delicious—I ordered the steak, mamak noodles, and fish & chips, and all came in generous portions. The hospitality was excellent, with Mr. Meat and Miss Shalini being especially friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place!

This hotel location is great; walking diatance to Pavillion mall, spacious rooms, and helpful service. However, the breakfast experience could be improved. The food and coffee are average, and the egg station is particularly disappointing, with overcooked scrambled eggs and omelets.

We arrived the hotel around 1.35pm. The front desk staff let us to checked in earlier. Room very clean and spacious . The pool at the top floor very nice. I definitely will be back again. The staffs here very friendly. 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for someone who loves to do shopping and exploring the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I got upgraded for the room and surprisingly the room was so spacious with really comfortable bed. Despite of the hotel beside of main road, soundproof of the room really impressive when not even heard a sound. The breakfast spread had wide variety options with a decent quality. I highly recommend this hotel.
