The service was impeccable. When I checked in, the manager (Wang I believe) and front desk staff were highly polite and super attentive and made us most welcomed. Additionally , the manager took the extra effort to ensure that I would not be disturbed, as I had a wee hours morning flight to catch, and allocated us a room that would not be noisy.
The quality of the items in the room was of high quality from the bathrobe to the room sandals.
Very good afternoon tea was provided even after the stipulated time.

The staffs offer super nice service and very helpful. Rooms and hotel is very clean and tidy, intelligent room to control lights and everything. Hotel offers free shuttle from and to KunMing Chang Shui Airport as well.

Stay one night at the transit hotel for the early flight. The hotel shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. A midnight snack is provided when booking a room. It is tailor-made for guests who catch the early flight.
The family room is super large with 3 beds! , double bathroom, children's paradise, free self-service beverage bar. As a transit airport hotel, I feel that Deting is quite full. In addition, the service is also very enthusiastic and the supply is very fast!

The hotel is very new and clean. There is a self-service tea break and rest area in the lobby.
We booked a family room with two bedrooms and one living room. The family had a great time.
The front desk was also very considerate and helped with printing documents.
The breakfast was rich and varied.
