前台小哥態度挺好，但是服務衞生很拉垮。睡覺前拉開被子發現被套和枕套都很臟，打電話給前台要求換一下被套枕套，前台告知服務員下班了沒法換，給我換房，但是都差不多十二點了，行李又多懶得折騰就沒換，前台説不換房那她要問一下怎麼處理。十多分鐘過去了，一個男士敲門拿了一個被套和一條洗澡踩的地巾（他跟我説這是枕巾！！而且沒穿工作服的，嚇我一跳），讓我自己換一下，我以為聽錯了還反問他，要我換？他説是的，服務員下班了……我當時都懵了，真的是第一次遇到這麼搞笑的事情。然後我就拿進來自己換被套，結果我這是大床房，他拿來的是小床的被套，根本套不上，然後又打電話跟前台説，前台又説要問一下，我説不用換了，你把空房的被子給我換過來不就可以了，前台給我的回覆又是要問一下……我的天，這麼不靈活的嗎？前前後後折騰了差不多四十分鐘，真無語了。

酒店位於北京路主路旁，勝在交通方便周邊走10分鐘左右有地鐵，離昆明站很近，出站走路10—15分鐘即可，還送了早餐和咖啡券，其他中規中矩。

房間設施齊全，衞生也可以，離火車站步行10分鐘，早餐中式為主，阿姨服務很好，特別誇一下。酒店贈送咖啡，一天兩份，我個人覺得加奶了也很苦。

作為第一次來昆明的湖北人，昆明的喆啡我真的覺得非常滿意，從南屏街到昆明站，兩家店我偏好於這裏，不是很吵鬧，吃的也很近，離昆明人本地的農貿市場五里多農貿市場也不遠，很平價，這一趟值了

1️⃣位置十分方便，步行到昆明站10分鐘
2️⃣酒店硬件和佈局十分好，布草十分舒服，酒店的洗浴用品也很好。
3️⃣軟件上酒店房間有免費的水、茶、掛耳咖啡，入住酒店還送現磨咖啡（9-21:00）
4️⃣軟件服務上體驗很差。訂房的時候定的含早的，8:00的火車，我想7:00走。
和前台申請一份路早，前台女生説沒有。
我又問7:00可不可以在酒店吃，
又説餐廳7:00沒飯吃，7:30才有。旁邊男生聽不下去了説：7:00可以吃，但是東西不全。
旁邊的女生依舊攔着：他們要7:00走。
5️⃣第二天早上到了餐廳6:50，已經有人吃上了，東西還很多。有圖和拍照時間為證。

Tips：酒店這麼好的硬件投入，真被軟服務耽誤了。希望老闆越來越好！

位於老火車站附近，離地鐵站及大悦城都不遠。各種出行都還算方便。此外，部分一日遊可以在這酒店門口上車。
設施略有丟丟舊，尚能接受。
不過 ，晚上值班前台每次靠近時都在專注地手機
