This hotel is fine. It has a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast buffet. It’s convenient for the subway or the large mall but you don’t get much of a sense of Kunming there.

This hotel is amazing, one of the best experience of all our trips around China. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a mixture of Chinese and western options. We had originally booked a deluxe queen room but the AC wasn’t working properly and the room became stuffy upon our arrival. We asked for help to fix it but the hotel offered us even a better solution. We were upgraded to a king suite, much bigger than our original booked room. This was a very generous offer. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.

房間：依然那麼乾淨，配色搭配好高級，因為凌晨才到，前台很好很熟悉業務，2分鐘就辦好，等於0等待，房間還幫忙延遲到下午3點退房，簡直好貼心，以後會選擇不要早餐的房間
雲南是產茶大省，房間能配上泡茶的器具就更好
贈送了大堂吧雙人下午茶
早餐：環境清爽舒適，菜品有點單一，不像國際五星級的早餐，各種麪食太多太多，咖啡不錯，服務員可以再幫忙提供送咖啡就更好了，肉類除了豬肉串葷，就是肉腸，好多菜重複：南瓜沙拉又加煮南瓜，蒸雞蛋羹又有芝士雞蛋羹，番茄雞蛋➕煎番茄，米線餡料也是不盡人意
不管怎麼樣，以後還會選擇這個酒店入住，下次不要早餐的房

酒店環境很不錯，設計風格大氣時尚，房間面積寬敞，居住體驗感很好，工作人員服務態度非常和藹可親，提前給我打電話詢問有什麼入住需求並及時安排升級房間，還贈送水果及睡前飲品，非常温馨體貼周到的服務，讓我難以忘懷，餐飲服務也很不錯👍早餐品種豐富，中餐廳的菜餚以粵菜為主做得很好，用餐環境也很好，以後有機會再會去住。
