Suitable for a short stay if u have early flight to catch or late arrival. They provide free airport transfer, can use free call in the app to get their wechat ID and request for airport transfer. We arrived 2am and the transfer is available. Cleanliness not really satisfied, room looks abit old and under maintained. For one night stay, its acceptable and worth the price.

The hotel has a heavenly bed. The room was super clean which I appreciated a lot after long travels. The reception staff were sweet and friendly. They helped me to book a taxi from the hotel because their shuttle bus service stops at 2:30PM. For travellers coming to Kunming from abroad note: bring cash RMB because you will need to pay the taxi, 40RMB two way ride. Taxi gives receipts. There is no public transportation such as bus or metro to the hotel area. Alternatively, you could download WeChat, didi applications. Unfortunately the hotel's wifi is weak and I was not able to download the apps. Otherwise enjoy a nice luxurious room with super comfy bed. Highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel offers standard accommodations typical of an airport hotel. It is reasonably priced and conveniently located, with complimentary airport shuttle service provided. The service is satisfactory.

I went to this hotel during Qingming Festival. It is near the airport. I booked a hotel and was picked up and dropped off. The transportation is very convenient. There are all kinds of food next to the hotel, and there are also shops selling local specialties. The location is very convenient. The laundry room is clean and hygienic. There is a dryer, which is very convenient for washing and drying. There is also a 24-hour gym, 24-hour free coffee, tea, and welcome fruit. The price-performance ratio is too high. The receptionist at the front desk is enthusiastic, and the breakfast variety is rich. It is a very satisfactory experience. I will stay there again during May Day. It is worth recommending

One of the best services I've experienced in any hotel globally. And this is coming from someone who travels constantly and has lived in hotels for the last 2+ years. The team were always smiling, so friendly and approachable. I spoke to Miss Zhong Zhong often who was delightful, helping with anything and everything. The rooms are very clean, laundry room is very convenient and the garden restaurant was delightful. Delicious fresh food, and lots of vegetables that they grow themselves. It would be a pleasure to come back to this hotel.

酒店干净，便宜，有去机场的免费大巴， 很好！ Great hotel of your staying around airport. ideal for ppl with transfers like ourselves. The hotel is clean, newly renovated and great value. Rooms are big, some with projection screen . Excellent service, pick up drop off, convenient location and helpful and friendly staff. Boss is a great guy! Lots of food, shops etc available around. walk down left of the hotel and there is a huge bbq spot and other amenities.

Near the train station, but don't use the hotel shuttle service. It's old, smelly, and has a long wait. You have to sit with other people, which is very inconvenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff in the morning provided very good service.

Zhejiang people came to Yunnan for the second time to travel. The Najia Hotel I booked on the high-speed train from Shangri-La to Kunming was beyond my expectations in terms of environment, service and style! I stayed in Yunnan for ten days. I didn't expect to live in such a comfortable and cozy hotel before going back. Even my son thought it was very good. The breakfast was also delicious and quite hygienic. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant service, they were all very friendly and sincere! The experience was excellent. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. I will definitely not regret it. I hope I can have a chance to visit Yunnan three times❤️

Overall, the check-in experience was quite good. Although the lady who answered the phone when I called to inquire about early check-in on the first day was not very enthusiastic, she must have been tired from the night shift, which is understandable. The guy who checked me in was very nice and considerate. He brought water as soon as possible and handled it quickly. During the check-in process, I was disturbed by the cars and people downstairs. I gave feedback and the response was pretty good. Overall, I was very satisfied~
