Stunning & welcoming hotel. Great rooms that are spacious and well equipped, residents lounge, fabulous food in a beautifully positioned restaurant. Views you can’t stop looking at. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Nice touch with binoculars dotted around so you can see everything the surroundings has to offer. Limited parking. Would stay here again.

Friends told us we had to go off the beaten path and stay in Kylesku. Best advice of our two-week trip. The area was amazing, dramatic, peaceful and beautiful. The hotel an oasis of charm, great service, wonderful food and wine. Go for the varied and ever variable scenery and serenity. Stay for comfort and seafood!

This place is definitely all about the restaurant, not the accommodation. GOOD: - The location is absolutely perfect, right by the jetty, with lovely views over the loch from the rooms and restaurant. - The staff are friendly and efficient. - The seafood here really is as fresh as it could be. - The fisherman's platter is as good as any I've had in over 40 years (but see below). NOT SO GOOD: - The hotel rooms are really very small. - There is no shelf or surface in the bathroom for makeup bag, toilet box etc, so everything has to go on the floor. - The restaurant is very good, but every dish is at least 20% overpriced by fair comparison. - The restaurant furnishings, service and ambience are pleasant enough, but it's all far too casual and informal for the very aspirational menu pricing. All in all this is a pretty basic hotel, but with an excellent seafood restaurant. And to be fair their unjustifiably brave menu pricing has obviously been justified by the consistently high level of table reservations.

Nice place. But i think this hôtel is more expensive . Food is good but very more expensive. Sea bass from farm !!!!!!! I was very disapointed at this price. Room with bathroom separated at loger level. ( we could change of room ) . I Hoped better.

excellent small hotel in the most fantastic location. My room, although small, had an excellent view of the loch, from the small balcony (room 11 I think). The local seafood was delicious, and the views from the bar/restaurant were great. Shem it was raining, as i imagine a drink sitting on the deck overlooking the water would have been incredible. It is expensive, £365 B&B, but worth the money

This hotel is a sanctuary in the north-west Highlands. The relaxed feeling is created not only by the wonderful location but also the smooth, chilled out service from the whole team. The Acoustic Breakfast Music was the icing on the cake.

Only one of the smallest rooms available at time of booking but it was comfortable and quiet and just fine for one night. Entire hotel is spotless and very tasteful. Location is beautiful. Dining room one of the best meals I have had in some time. Staff seems happy and proud of the place. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. I wish we had booked two nights here.

King guest room was small with window onto a passage used by staff. Bulb out in room and lamp shade not attached to base Mirror on desk but no plug to use hairdryer so had to be moved to window where the teamaking tray was placed in the recess reached by leaning over or moving a chair No wardrobe or hooks with hangers to place damp clothing Bath with hand held shower only My partner at 6ft 1in had to kneel in the bath as the ceiling is very low I could just about stand up I'm 5ft but awkward to shower while holding the shower head The window in the bathroom also opened onto the passage way so care had to be taken when using the toilet as it was placed underneath it and staff were passing by Breakfast was frugal with only 1 choice of cereal, 2 croissants left and no attempt to replenish. we waited for staff to place our cooked order but eventually had to go and find someone Pictures are very misleading and was definitely not up to standard or price charged Very disappointing as supposed to be the highlight stay of our trip
