GGuest UserThis Faremont is located inside the airport, at the departure level between the domestic and international terminals. The bathroom is very well designed and equipped with a bathtub, shower area, and separate toilet. The mattress well supported my back, and we had a sounded evening. The window view is the runway. We can see the plane taking off and landing. We enjoy staying this hotel so much

GGuest UserStayed at Accent Inn Airport Hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The location is convenient, close to the airport, and the free shuttle bus service made travel easy. Would definitely stay again.

AAnonymous UserIt was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

MMaria ChariThis is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best.

GGuest UserVery short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport. The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

GGuest UserLocation is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.
