"My stay at the Home Inn Parkview Hotel in Dalian Development Zone was a truly perfect experience. The hotel is located in the Wucai City area of ​​Dalian Development Zone. It's easy to find after turning off Jinma Road. The hotel exterior is simple and unpretentious, while the rooms inside are very clean and tidy. However, the corridors are like a maze, which might be challenging for those with a poor sense of direction to find their room. Also, the hot water in the bathroom is only sufficient in the evening, and barely enough during the day. Therefore, guests are advised to shower around 8 pm. The hotel enjoys convenient transportation. Paotaishan Park is nearby, and Anshun Plaza Shopping Center is about 400 meters away. However, walking there and back can be challenging, but you'll get used to it after one visit. Overall, a good experience. Highly recommended!"

The hotel rooms were also very odor-free, which is very environmentally friendly! "I had a lovely stay at Inn Fina. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The building is gorgeous, with beautiful architecture and lots of charm — it’s actually a historic Dalian property, and you can really feel that special touch. Just a heads-up: it’s about 30 minutes outside from city downtown, so it’s not the most convenient location if you’re focused on sightseeing, so there’s much stuff around either. But if you’re looking for a unique stay away from the busy areas, this is a great choice. ✨"

"The unit is spacious with good sound-proofing, the kitchen is quite complete and Walmart is just a few blocks away so cooking during our stay went smoothly which made it very enjoyable! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and even though we didn’t have time to use it, the gym looks well-equipped. Not to mention the people who are very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was great and we had a fabulous time."
