The hotel has recently been renovated. Everything is very comfortable, and I'm very satisfied with both the hardware and software.
Hygiene: Excellent, no issues at all.
Facilities: The hotel lobby is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. There's also a golf experience, but I didn't have time to try it this visit. When ordering takeout, a robot delivers it, which is very efficient.
Service: Very good. The front desk staff are all warm and attentive. However, I feel that teamwork could use some retraining. There were instances where one front desk agent was assisting multiple groups of guests while others were idle. I'm not sure if different agents handle different tasks.
Most importantly, I want to commend the hotel's efficiency. My deposit was refunded very quickly after check-out. Also, they promptly contacted us when we left personal belongings behind, which is a level of efficiency many hotels lack. Thumbs up!

The service here is incredibly attentive. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip.
1) Unlike other hotels that only offer self-service, they provide daily laundry service; just place your clothes in the in-room basket.
2) Takeout orders are always delivered directly to your room, and during peak hours, staff members even personally bring them up.
3) There's a wide variety of breakfast options.
4) The rooms are generally free of unpleasant odors, and should you detect any, they are happy to assist with a room change.
5) Both the pillows and mattresses are incredibly comfortable (so much so that I even bought a few to take home!).
6) The hot water supply is plentiful; you get hot water almost instantly upon turning on the tap.
I will definitely continue to choose this Atour hotel for all my future business trips!

I stayed for several days in a row. Initially, I thought about changing hotels, but the excellent service from both the housekeeping and front desk staff convinced me to extend my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Especially Ms. Lan Ting at the front desk and a gentleman with glasses, they were both incredibly understanding. Any requests I had for the room were almost immediately fulfilled – they truly went above and beyond. Although the room facilities show some age, the youthful faces of the front desk staff really made the hotel feel refreshed!

Treasure Island Hotel is great value for the money that you will pay, it's cheap and very convenient. This hotel's not far away from Humen train station and popular attractions such as The Opium War Museum. It's worth staying for one or two nights. The reception staff is very pleasant and friendly. In the hotel there were not some other amenities, the gym was closed. About the restaurant, they provide totally fine food for breakfast. So, I recommend for everyone to come and enjoy here.

hotel location is pretty good, in between Rainbow District and Humen Walking Street, the hotel building is part of a condo cluster on top of a shipping mall, so the lobby is not be ground floor but 3rd floor. when taking taxi, ask driver to search for shopping mall 君乐汇 drop off, will be much easier.
rooms are modern and spacious, aircon and water pressure for shower is good, housekeeping is top notch, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, pillows are on the softer side, can ask for hard pillows or extras when required.
hotel allows late check out until 4pm, that's pretty good for those with late flights out. those who fly out of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, there's a bus that can be taken from 虎门候机楼 bus station that's at another hotel.
hotel amenities are good, used the gym, pretty basic but enough for a good workout, swimming pool is open 7am to 9pm, closed in between from 12-2pm. have to bring own swimming cap or buy one at counter. the pool is run by a club and shared between hotel and condo clusters so weekends and day time will be crowded. pool water is not treated so best to use goggles.
shopping mall below hotel makes eating very convenient but head towards outside area near the walking street, lots of local food at cheaper prices.
overall will recommend for stay.
sightseeing wise, Humen sights are not concentrated, hotel location is pretty central to head out to different places.

Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting.
The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

Ddanielso2010This hotel is a landmark building in Dongguan's Nancheng CBD, often called the ”Gate of Dongguan” due to its unique architectural design. As an established luxury hotel, even though it opened some time ago (in 2013), the facilities are very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable.
The location is very convenient, right next to Citizen Center Station, which is an interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 2. It's surrounded by two major shopping districts, Huiyi City and Guomao Center, making shopping and dining incredibly easy.

GGuest UserCheck in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

2. I received complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room was not only spacious but also had excellent natural light, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
3. Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a tranquil paradise. The beautiful environment was refreshing, the warm service from the front desk was the icing on the cake, and the excellent location made getting around extremely convenient.

The front desk staff, especially NIKKI, was incredibly warm and attentive. She quickly handled my check-in and showed me to the elevators. The location is a major plus, with a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to several major shopping districts.

There are plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel's king-sized bed is incredibly spacious, measuring 2.4 meters. The 6th-floor terrace offers stunning views. The buffet dinner provided by the hotel features a wide variety of seafood, and the desserts are expertly made. The hotel was decorated with a wonderful New Year's atmosphere, and receiving a God of Wealth red envelope brought good luck for the year! MIA at the front desk was proactively friendly, highly skilled, and easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. We had a joyful New Year holiday.

Rooms are very large, comfortable etc, air conditioning works well, and staff keep the room very clean. Gym is okay for a casual user or someone looking for a cardio workout and the pool is very large and clean.
Located well for the metro etc, although quite far from a major high speed Trainlines that would be used for trains to other cities like Shenzhen, Kowloon, Guangzhou etc. I’d suggest booking a car in advance to help with that journey if you’re not a local/Chinese speaker. Close to a nice park for a walk, with viewing platform, stairs etc, would be good for a worker with an afternoon off who wants a bit of exercise and to see some things. Online it looked a bit marketed at families, but I didn’t notice much in the way of children staying, and certainly didn’t find the hotel noisy etc.

AAnonymous UserGot an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms on this visit. The room is updated with contemporary design with a cyber color scheme. The lightning has improved a lot and with the new temperature control, it is no doubt a much more comfy room than before.
However, I have noticed a few shortcomings in my stay. First of all, there is no towel rack for used bath towels, and contradictorily they promote the environment friendly of reusing the towels (sign posted as shown as attached).
Secondly, changing cables are provided on both sides of the bed. But only the set on the left is working properly.
Thirdly, bath robes are on request now, maybe it is the result of the new open closet.
Lastly, those dispenser bottles are not working properly. The pump doesn't retract smoothly after being pressed. You simply need to pull the trigger back to get the next pump.
After all, it was a pleasant stay with late check out, free bottles of water and self service laundry as usual.
