There is a young lady named 11 at the front desk who makes me very satisfied. The service is very good. They also gave us small gifts when we check out. The room is very clean, the sound insulation is super good, and the room facilities are very new. Their home is located in the city center, which is easy to find and convenient to travel. "I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, they immediately reached out to me upon booking and helped me book a cruise to Yangshuo. The rooms are very clean and functional, there’s even a faucet with cold drinking water right in your room - a true luxury when traveling in China. I loved my stay here, it’s a little further away from the main attractions so it’s quiet enough at night but you can easily walk everywhere at the same time. You can also get free coffee and tea downstairs. I highly recommend staying here. However, there’s no need to book a room with a view as I did, since the hotel faces a not so quiet street and it will be a little loud to sleep at night. Highly recommend to visit the night street food market and Diecai Shan in Guilin!"

The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Pan, was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, making it excellent value for money."

We were especially touched by their thoughtfulness in placing a crib in the room for our baby; it made us very happy and comfortable. The location is outstanding, very close to the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and Elephant Hill. I highly recommend this hotel for families!”"

"We had a great stay. Very central position to get to the tourist spots in Guilin. We could walk to Shan Lake to see the Sun and Moon pagodas and also to Elephant Trunk Park. Zhengyang pedestrian street is just round the corner. We even walked to the quaint East West lane with the centuries old houses converted to shops and also a hidden gem (small opera house with nightly opera and musicals). The Jingjiang Princes' is also reachable from East West Lane. Friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel"

"The front desk were so helpful, and the room cleaners were so nice too!! the room is clean and modern and the price is really affordable Breakfast is amazing aswell, as its buffet style. All in all, this is the best hotel to say for an authentic Guilin experience, P.S if you're reading this review, this hotel is New and literally so worth it for value, don't hesitate to book this place, im being serious hah.. Now time for the negatives.. The sink doeant have Soap or hand wash and theres no chairs to sit down on. Other than that. It's good!! I would stay here again."
