"Great location for those who want to stay close to the city center — a park and a metro station are both nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent for any request. The downside is that there were smoking rooms next to ours, and the smell of smoke constantly came into our room through the ventilation. The soundproofing is also quite poor. Overall, a very good value for the price."

"Enjoy the hotel stay and location is fantastic. We arrived about 2pm n the reception is kind to give us 3 room out of the 5 rooms for us to rest n put our luggages. She also tried to give us same floor as much she can help. The room is clean n nice . A separate shower room n toilet is great . Good hair dryer in the room for the ladies 😊. Nice n comfortable bed too. There are many restaurants n small eateries, and shopping in Beijing road ."

"Our stay at CityNote has exceeded expectation. Service is very good. There are only 2 family room and 1 of them is larger. Hotel accomodated the request to change room when there is availability. Their room also came with some free movie that kept the kids entertained. Location is next to metro exit. 7-11, McD, subway is just downstair. Breakfast, afternoon tea & supper is included and variety is acceptable. Love their coffee, it’s rich, aromatic and served all day."

"As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. It was my wife’s birthday and Melvin from the front desk had organised to send up a cake. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the location and the very comfortable beds. The cleaners were amazing and made our stay wonderful, they made us feel happy and relaxed during our time. The pool was massive and really lovely. Across the road there is a mall with a range of food options. We thank Melvin and Carmen and the wonderful cleaners for their warm hospitality and generous service during out stay!"

We booked for two days, and they even helped clean and replace disposable linens during our stay, which was great.
