Good location, in a touristy area of town (Checkpoint Charlie, and other tourist attractions is within walkable distance) that has many restaurants and other stores around. Have to go down to Lobby for toothbrush and other amenities, no slippers in hotel room either. But overall decent value for money.

The staff were helpful in extending our check out even without us asking. The kitchenette in the room was great! We could make simple meals when we wanted or were too tired to go out. The cookies at the reception were fantastic: too bad they were only available for a limited time every day.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Easy for transport. Would recommend and would stay again.

The location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well. We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too. We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest. The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is excellent and the quality is amazing! Location is good and the comfort is top notch. The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels... one would expect them to reward long staying guests. Still - I love it here!

The location is a little remote, but the environment is very good. The room area is large and the hygiene is clean.

Reception and check in was good. Location is in Mitte but still have to walk 9 min to Ubahn. Street is very quiet but the whole street was under construction. The premier apartment is spacious. Very clean and well equipped. Slippers would be great. Swimming Pool was in basement and small but it is an extra so it is fine. It would be great if there are seats for parents who don’t want to swim. My child of 12 was not allowed to go alone. Hotel policy.

Breakfast was simple but satisfying — fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, coffee, and more. 🍞🍎☕ What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The reception team spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel welcome. 🙌😊 At the end of our stay, my travel companion and I sat in the lobby and said, “Next time we come to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again.” 👉 I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, families, and even business guests. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service — this is the place to be. 💼🧳💙 Highly recommended!
