"Check-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays."

"I stayed for one night. I chose this hotel because I wanted to go to Charlottenburg Palace and because it was close to the bus station. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in and after check-out. I went to central Berlin several times during my stay, and it wasn't a problem because the train and bus stops were nearby. I had a lot of luggage, so the automatic doors at the entrance to the building were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit again."
