"Very good location-3 min walk from train station (6 stops away from airport) Laundromat , Mcdonalds, supermarket just a few steps away. Sunday flea market was just a min walk away where we found really good deals! David is very a hospitable host who helped us with the luggages, made really nice coffee for us. We were especially impressed by how clean the whole place was maintained throughout the stay. Highly recommended this place for stay!"
"The room was very comfortable and nice, and the service and attention from the host were excellent. He's a very kind and attentive person. It was a little difficult to find at first, but with a few references, you'll find your way around. Transportation makes everything easier. Overall, we had a good experience with this stay."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe best part of hotel, brilliant staff, smiling, courteous and always there to help. Room was lean, shower was fantastic, very quiet. We are on the first floor, Room 108, top class.
GGuest UserA pleasant surprise near the Trevi Fountain. Beautiful room with thoughtful furnishings and very clean. An excellent experience, especially thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the owner, who did everything to make our stay perfect! We'll be back!!!
GGuest UserI want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.
MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
GGuest UserA great location which is near to Termini station in Rome. You can basically go around Rome from this hotel for its convenient location. Our room is good enough, two single beds put together and there was also an extra bed which we did not expect but all good. The bed and pillows are soft enough and the AC is cool enough for a hot summer in Rome. The amenities inside are basic but enough for our needs. Great for a quick 2 or 3 days in Rome and it is not expensive at all.
