"Very perfect location with many transport options and different lines available. It’s within walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and the hotel is opposite McDonald’s and a 24-hour AEON hypermarket. The room is enough for two people and has everything we need. It’s not very big, but more than sufficient. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Osaka! Perfect 10/10."

"Stayed here for slightly over 1 week. Hotel is quite conveniently located within walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping area and station for commuting to other places. Hotel breakfast had mainly local food. Help yourself amenities (tea, facial cleanser , moisturiser and lotion, hair brush , cotton swab and razor) and grind coffee in the lobby area. Hotel housekeeping was satisfactory. A mini 24 hour Aeon supermarket right next door was extremely convenient and the hotel provided 5% off coupons for spending at Aeon (placed in the maps and brochures area)."

"Good location close to public transport, clean rooms and helpfull staff. Sadly due to a busy schedule I did not have the opportunity to make use of the baths."

"Good location, Shinsaibaishi Station just underground of this Hotel area, exit 8 from station can reach Hotel directly. Walking distance to Dotonbori shopping and many choice of food. Hotel provided Lamer lotion and shower shampoo!! Although hotel look abit old but clean!! Provide daily cleaning option, and the hotel staff are very friendly, they can always assist you if have any questions or issue. The Hotel also have direct bus to Kansai Airport T1 and T2 I can easily take bus from hotel entrance No need to do any transfer, this is good for those need to go airport with big luggage"

"The location is excellent to airport bus at OCAT and food at Namba Walk.  Considering the size and number of rooms they have organised their lifts well.  Highlight is the Ibsen on level 4. Walkable to Dotonbori."

"This hotel is highly recommended. It's surrounded by attractions, making it convenient to walk to and from the subway (which is right next door). The environment is great, with separate toilets and showers. The receptionist was very patient, and the breakfast was plentiful. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Excellent Service: The receptionist was especially attentive."

"Everything is almost perfect (the only con i felt is that it is slightly far away from the main street). Room is slightly small for 2 adults and a baby but appreciate that it is quiet. Massage chair and plenty of amenities available. Even baby stroller is available free of charge. Varieties of alcoholic drinks available FOC and unlimited ramen as supper. Their breakfast is awesome with alot of choices! Free Japanese Cultural Activities such as free Kimono wear/dorayaki tea time/mini games that really make us felt enjoyable. Will recommend to our friends and family, really love this hotel."

"The hotel was accommodating, we bought from stuff from Tokyo and had it shipped to Osaka 4 days in advance, the hotel kept our stuff way in advance. Check in supposed to be at 3pm, we arrived at 1pm (not expecting the rooms to be ready but it was!) and managed to check in. The whole hotel is shoes off (tatami style) - so you either leave your shoes at the shoes locker or bring them up to your room. Room is definitely small (as per most Jap hotels) but it was still considered slightly bigger than other hotels. Location was good because it was just beside Dotonburi street. Nambai station was also just a traffic light away. There was a 7/11 just next to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel provides free udon from 930pm to 11pm and free probiotic drink from 10am! and free ice cream in the evening too. The onsen was small but it was good to have onsen after tiring and long day. The only downside I felt was the hotel was very very crowded (might be due to holidays in HK/Taiwan). There is no housekeeping services so you need to put your towels and trash outside your door every morning and they will replace new towels for you. But no changing of bedsheets etc."
