This room comes with a washer/dryer which i find really useful and convenient as i can pack light even during the winter season. Besides the good location and cleanliness of the room, the hotel has a relatively good spread for breakfast. All the staff are also friendly and helpful. I’m making a trip to Nagasaki, but i’ll definitely come back to this hotel again when i return to Fukuoka!

WELLCABIN TENJIN

9.2/10

Guest User
The hotel has three types of rooms/cabins: regular pods, private cabins and premium private cabins. For the pods, there is a separate locker room to stash your belongings in; private cabins have their locker inside, as well as a table and a chair. The hotel was clean and nice, you get towels upon check-in, and towel tickets for every day of your stay in case you need a change. Toiletries and room cleaning are on-demand. You cannot use toilets or showers from 11 AM to 3 PM due to cleaning, but otherwise you can freely use the lounge with the microwave, manga and hot water, and your own cabin/pod.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hakata Reisen Premier - Former Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hakata Reisen

9.1/10
Great
Guest User
We stayed for 1 night in a twin room at this hotel and we were very pleased. The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. We carried 2 small suitcases and there was just enough space to open it up fully. I agree with some of the other reviews, in case you have a large suitcase, it will be tight. Positives * Good location (approx 13 mins from JR Hakata Station). * Comfortable beds. * Good shower/ bathroom. * Friendly staff and extremely helpful. * Check-in and out was easy without any issues. Negatives * There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. It looked like when the floor was cleaned, it was swept into the corner and forgotten about. * Some difficult to reach areas were not dusted.

Hotel Trad Hakata

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Sumiyoshi Shrine and Canal City Hakata, with a paid parking right next to hotel. The breakfast buffet, blending Japanese and Western options, is a hightlight. Rooms are spacious for the price, but some may find them dimly lit. The staff is friendly, and freebies like bath salts add a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great value for a central, comfortable stay in Fukuoka.

Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi Ⅰ

8.8/10
Very Good
Guest User
I recently stayed at Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi Ⅰ and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit, making it ideal for travelers arriving by train or heading to the airport. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with smart amenities such as a massage chair and a humidifier, which added a nice touch of comfort after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable, and despite its central location, the room was quiet and restful. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and refreshments available in the lobby area. Overall, Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi Ⅰ offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

The Basics Fukuoka

Guest User
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed hotel. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff. The lobby immediately impressed us with its sophisticated, contemporary design. Our room was generously sized, and the bathroom was particularly noteworthy, featuring dual sinks—an excellent convenience for families. The hotel’s location proved ideal, situated within easy reach of the train station and adjacent to a convenience store. Additionally, we were fortunate to visit during cherry blossom season, allowing us to enjoy the picturesque park directly across the street, where we captured memorable photos. This hotel delivers an outstanding combination of comfort, style, and convenience. Without hesitation, I recommend it for both leisure travelers and families. We look forward to returning.

Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin

8.6/10
Very Good
Guest User
Location was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka. Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby. Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby. Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee. The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝
