"stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit and it was perfect for our family. My daughter’s absolute favorite part was the lovely bathtub — it made every evening so relaxing. The room was cleaned every single day, which kept everything fresh and comfortable. One of the biggest plus points was the location: plenty of halal food options and cafés nearby, and just a short walk to Namba, which made exploring Osaka so easy. The staff were truly excellent — always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay extra memorable. Highly recommend Plum Hotel Osaka for families and anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service!"

"The hotel is a muji style stay which allows travellers feel cozy and warm. The team was professional and addressed our requests perfectly, a big thanks to them. Complimentary coffee and chocolate tastes good especially during freezing winter. Location is superb and is walking distance to most places. We would like to stay again if return to Osaka!!"

"Really nice capsule hotel. Easy to go under ground walking to shops and restaurant. Very clean and provided extra pillow. Can't use bath from 9.30am to 5pm, this is too long, not friendly for people want extra sleep in the morning. Also the single capsule bed still can see the light from top at night. Overall is good price and clean place."

"The hotel has a very convenient location near the station where you can get straight from the airport. But not in a crowded area so it's quiet. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. You have 2 kinds of pillows in the room to choose from. I slept well. Staff is friendly. We were also allowed to leave our luggage till the evening after the checkout."

"Hotel is situated close to Namba station exit 30. Room is relatively spacious - can open 2 luggages on floor with ease. It was a pleasant experience, thank you! Take note though that it costs 2000 yen if one asks for late check out (e.g. check out at 12 instead of 11)"

"The location is excellent to airport bus at OCAT and food at Namba Walk.  Considering the size and number of rooms they have organised their lifts well.  Highlight is the Ibsen on level 4. Walkable to Dotonbori."
