"Great location for Shinkansen access - need to catch train or bus into the city centre. Clean and welcoming with lots of staff at the counter and excellent for non Japanese speakers. Rooms had good amenity and were dark at night time. Coin operated washer and dryer machines (on the smoking floor). Nice breakfast with lovely staff. Lots to do in the city, great and lively culture."

"Pretty convenient location. Cleanliness is great, change of towel and room wear everyday. Luggage storage available."

"Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children."

"Zentis has become my favorite hotel in Osaka! The service is excellent, and the staff are always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Breakfasts are delicious, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — a real gem! My stay was so pleasant and memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back!"

"Hotel location good, close to metro station. Breakfast was good and restaurant had a good view of the city."

"Comfort Hotel Shin-Osaka strikes the perfect balance between affordability and accessibility. It’s ideal for travelers who prioritize easy transportation and a quiet environment over being right in the middle of the nightlife. Excellent transport links, free drinks until midnight, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff. A short subway ride away from the ”main” shopping districts (Namba/Shinsaibashi)."
