GGuest UserGrateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Thank you for such a pleasant hotel experience you have offered me, hotel staff team!

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. We liked the on-property Onsen, bakery, and common kitchen space. We did not have a dog but enjoyed that it was dog friendly. We took the short walk to the beach and visited restaurants, shops, and nature views on foot also. We took the bus to Adventure World and saw some great animal shows.

GGuest UserComfy bed, large and clean room. Have common areas like shared kitchen at the residence. The residence is located next to the main block of the hotel. You have to walk outside for ~2min to travel to the main block if you would like to enjoy the hot spring / play at the game room / exchange for new towels. Hot spring is nice, with indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor one is with stunning sea view. There are snooker, table tennis, and other games in the game room for all guests.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Crystal Villa Shirahama. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the private onsen, which we all truly enjoyed — it was relaxing and perfect after a long day of traveling. The house is fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, making it feel like a ready-to-move-in home. You can easily cook your own meals with your own ingredients, which is very convenient and comfortable, especially for group stays. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a calm getaway.

GGuest UserThis time I traveled with three friends, and it was a really fulfilling stay. The large public bath was very spacious, and the bathroom attached to the room was also very clean. It was equipped with the latest washing machine, so it had many great features. I would like to stay here again.
