GGuest UserGrateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Thank you for such a pleasant hotel experience you have offered me, hotel staff team!

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was pleasant, but as a Marriott property, I had slightly higher expectations. The lobby felt a bit too simple compared to what I anticipated, and I found communication at the reception a little challenging as the staff’s English could be improved—especially since many international guests stay here. On the positive side, I really appreciated having a pool despite the hotel being so close to the beach. That said, I was surprised to find quite a bit of sand at the bottom of the pool, which affected the experience. Other facilities were excellent: I especially enjoyed the hot spring and the souvenir shop. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserThe famous beach in Shirahama is just one step away from the hotel. Excellent sea view from the hotel, and the service was marvelous. The girl in the front desk can speak wonderful English and can communicate with us smoothly. The Onsen was soothing and was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with special tatami beds which were really comfy to sleep in. There is an indoor balcony in the room by which we can overlook the view. Overall, this was a nice experience and we are looking forward to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. We liked the on-property Onsen, bakery, and common kitchen space. We did not have a dog but enjoyed that it was dog friendly. We took the short walk to the beach and visited restaurants, shops, and nature views on foot also. We took the bus to Adventure World and saw some great animal shows.

GGuest UserComfy bed, large and clean room. Have common areas like shared kitchen at the residence. The residence is located next to the main block of the hotel. You have to walk outside for ~2min to travel to the main block if you would like to enjoy the hot spring / play at the game room / exchange for new towels. Hot spring is nice, with indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor one is with stunning sea view. There are snooker, table tennis, and other games in the game room for all guests.

GGuest UserThis time I traveled with three friends, and it was a really fulfilling stay. The large public bath was very spacious, and the bathroom attached to the room was also very clean. It was equipped with the latest washing machine, so it had many great features. I would like to stay here again.
