The hotel reception was very generous and welcoming and kind. Her English name was ”Rain” and she even welcomed us with two chocolates of Korean brand. Rooms were spacious, with all amenities and had swimming pool on the top with great view.

Had booked a standard room at Infinity Resort. But they upgraded us to a family room, which comes with a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The room was huge as well. Great value for the price we paid. The place was clean and had floor heater as well as Aircon heating. Unfortunately because it was winter there wasn't much water sports to do. But a nice place to stay by the sea. There are numerous convenience shops and restaurants nearby. Coffee shops as well.

This hotel is fantastic, close to the ocean, with supermarkets nearby. It's also not far from Olive Young. The ocean in Hamdeok is truly beautiful, but the trip to Udo later seemed so futile. I regretted staying in Hamdeok for an extra day. The front desk acquiesced in upgrading us to a two-bedroom room, which turned out to be spacious and comfortable. Thank you, sono, for the wonderful memories our family has left.

Stayed 2nights at this hotel. It comes with quite a spacious carpark (if you are driving), no issue for parking it here! There is a small 7-11 at lobby. Room was ok, Korean breakfast available for purchase/top up. There isn’t much restaurant or shop nearby (unless you drive) Overall is a good stay.

Stayed in Jeju for ten days!
The last accommodation was Yumeor Pension, and I stay very comfortable. The boss is really kind and I think he is serious about managing the pension. It's clean.
The location is also very good. If you walk a little, it's the seaside. We go here every day to watch the sunset and see dolphins There are also Jocheon Fisheries and Glossian Matcha nearby, and there are many places to go around.
Totally recommended.

Bbig-DunThe place is very clean and quiet, with excellent soundproofing from the windows, and the sea view is stunning. The owners are a lovely couple; they even helped us with our kids, guiding them upstairs while we carried our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also made us banana milk, which the kids absolutely loved! The instructions they gave us were very detailed (you can tell they really care about their place), so we felt very at ease. The only downside is that the stairs are a bit tiring, haha. McDonald's is right outside, and the nearby coastal restaurants are also delicious! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

JJordan’sWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy.
The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited.
One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day.
The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient.
The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful.
The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am.
One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys.
Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

It was my first time staying in a hostel, and Mir had all the necessary facilities. It wasn't too crowded at night. I went for walks along the nearby coastline every morning and evening – the scenery was beautiful (even though it was super windy)! I envy people who live by the sea!

GGuest UserWe stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night.
Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China.
Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

Facilities: It has everything you need, but no toothbrushes are provided. The toilet is smart, and there's a bathtub. It would be even better if there were outlets by the bed.

Environment: The room faces inwards, so there's no street noise, but the soundproofing is a bit poor.

When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
