GGuest UserThis is a newly refurbished hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering excellent value for the price. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was fresh and enjoyable. One feature I particularly appreciated was the 24-hour gym, which made it convenient to fit in a workout at any time. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay with great facilities and reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserVery good counter service . Our original booking was city view , we requested and the lady is happily upgraded us to River view, it was such a wonderful experience. Breakfast is good. Sadly it’s was a holiday in Malaysia when we were there, so restaurant is packed with people. Today I managed to use their gym., it was excellent, gym is well equipped with all the necessary equipments. Will definitely come back again next time .

GGuest UserThe hotel provides great basic amenities for me to have a comfortable stay. The location is great, only 2-min walk to the cat statue and then can continue walking along the waterfront. The breakfast buffet spread also decent, i love their fried rice and fresh pineapple and orange juice. The staff also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great service!

During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel’s top-notch amenities, including the fitness center, swimming pool, and multiple dining options that cater to various tastes. The staff’s attentiveness and their attention to detail added a personalized touch to my experience. Whether it’s enjoying a well prepared breakfast buffet or relaxing in the serene ambiance of the lounge, the Pullman Hotel Kuching delivers a first class experience that left me feeling refreshed and pampered.

GGuest UserTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts. You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas. The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room. The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them. I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

GGuest UserHad good experience with the hotel. Location is good nearby to river , eateries and other amenities necessary for tourists. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities in room up to expectations and all in good working order, air-conditioner working perfectly. Only one bugbear, hotel gym need maintainance and upgrading.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.
