GGuest UserThe front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The space in the room was also bigger than I expected, and the surrounding transportation was super convenient. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Llinli67I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing.
The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there.
The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them.
Right across from the hotel is Amstel Park, which is huge and features a fantastic rhododendron garden.

I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain.
Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it.
My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were responsive and paid attention to details. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it! JJK meI recently stayed at ClinkNOORD Hostel in Amsterdam, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages—just a short free ferry ride from Amsterdam Central Station, which makes it very convenient while still being in a quieter area.
The hostel itself has a modern and stylish design, with plenty of common spaces to relax, work, or meet other travelers. The atmosphere is social but not overwhelming, so it works well whether you’re traveling solo or with friends.

GGuest UserWe spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

JJessieLjjTransiting through Amsterdam on our way to Madrid, this hotel was okay for a one-night stay. Hotels were surprisingly expensive this week, so we couldn't expect too much for a triple room costing around 500-600 euros. I brought my own disposable sheets to put over the bed. The kettle and other amenities looked a bit dirty, so I didn't use them. I also brought my own hairdryer. Not having slippers was quite inconvenient, but I guess that's normal in Europe. Even the city-center hotel apartments we stayed at later in Madrid and Barcelona didn't provide them; I only got to wear slippers when we reached a five-star hotel in Segovia.
The private bathroom was separate from the room, which was a bit inconvenient, but I knew that when booking.
Also, because I woke up so early, I decided to walk to the canals. It was quite a long walk, about three kilometers, actually.
