I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free experience—I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed here 9 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room on the 14th floor and overall it was very good value for money (paid about 2131 AED for the stay). 👍 Highlights Staff – Easily the best part of this hotel. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That level of hospitality really stood out and made a big difference. Cleanliness – The room was kept clean every day and housekeeping did a very good job maintaining it. Breakfast buffet – Surprisingly good variety. They had fresh omelettes made to order, pancakes, waffles, sausages, bacon, cereals and other options. The flavors leaned more toward Western breakfast styles so it didn’t fully match my Indian palate, but it was still a solid breakfast with plenty to choose from. The Mongolian rice was actually excellent. Location for convenience – The hotel is right in the Binondo / Chinatown area, with plenty of restaurants around. There’s also a Starbucks and a nice café just steps from the hotel, plus an Anytime Fitness nearby. For my work it was very convenient. ⚠️ Things That Could Improve Check-in process – I arrived around 10am hoping for early check-in, but still had to wait until the standard 3pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating after a long trip. Facilities feel dated – Some things like the hair dryer, TV and especially the gym equipment feel quite old and could definitely use an upgrade. AC issues – The air-conditioning was slightly unpredictable at night. Not a big issue but you could wake up at 4 AM sweating🫢 Room service food – Not great. I ordered a chocolate lava cake that looked nice with two scoops of ice cream but the cake itself was quite bitter. Minibar – Completely empty, which was surprising especially since the hotel takes a 10,000 peso deposit at check-in. 📍 Area There are lots of food options nearby and the location is convenient, but the area can feel a bit rough late at night, so I preferred staying indoors after dark. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say about 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4, mainly because the staff were genuinely excellent and the stay was good value for money. Would I stay here again? Yes — for the value and the staff. I’d just probably skip room service next time.

Really friendly staff, as a solo female traveller I was cautious of Manila but this hotel was perfect and very accommodating. The room was great and clean. I was able to leave my bag there on the day of checkout and they helped me print off some documents I needed. Great stay would definitely recommend.

Located in a very convenient community, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is great for quick snacks or drinks. You can easily call a Grab or a car service directly to the hotel. It's close to all the major tourist attractions. If you enjoy walking, you can explore everything on foot, including all the important historical sites in the Philippines. I really liked it here! The accommodation was quiet and peaceful, and I felt the price was good for the value. It was clean and comfortable, just what I'd expect from a hotel. What I liked most is that once you get your bearings, you realize it's close to all the main attractions. It's also not too far from the train station; you can take the train almost to the last stop and then walk about 1.5 kilometers to reach the airport.

Its very good staying there, its very excellent/ clever theres a water dispenser outside every floor. Awesome!

Cheap, great location near the park. This huge room has 60 beds, good for people who don't mind sharing. There are no curtains, so it's really just for sleeping. Besides the beds, there's only a bathroom, no other space. The downside is there's no hot water, only cold.

Though the rooms need renovations and better cleaning, this is a budget hotel, after all. So, you will get what you paid for. The best part of this hotel is the location within Intramuros. Despite the hot and humid weather, I was able to walk to key sites withing Intramuros. The reception seemed to lack in its tour arranging ability, but I was able to charter a TukTuk at a nearby museum, to go all the way to Malacañan Palace area.

Overall, it’s a good value for money. It’s suitable for families, couples, and even business stays since the location is very strategic—close to almost everything. It’s just one street away from Rizal Park, near hospitals and the LRT station, and there are plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby. The receiving area is spacious, the rooms are clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. They also have a pool and gym, which is a nice plus. For improvement, access to the pool and shower area could be more convenient, especially when going back to the rooms. Also, since there’s still available space, it would be great if they could add a play area for toddlers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

This is an average hotel, but the location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for transportation and dining. What truly stands out is their exceptional management and service. The staff are warm, welcoming, and very attentive, always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are spotless, the hallways are pristine, and it's very quiet. I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

For my stay in Manila, I chose the Red Planet Manila Bay, part of the well-known Red Planet chain. And I can say – it was the perfect decision! The hotel primarily impresses with its excellent location. It's within walking distance of the Old City, the historic heart of the capital. All the main attractions seem to be right on its doorstep, which is incredibly convenient for any explorer. My check-in was fast and very comfortable. I was greeted at the reception by a pleasant and attentive young woman. While check-in was officially at 2 PM, I was happily handed the keys to my room at 11 AM – completely free of charge! Such care and flexibility truly speak to their amazing service. An added bonus is the cozy cafe on the ground floor. The food is tasty, portions are decent, and the prices are very affordable. If you're looking for a reliable, clean, and strategically located hotel in Manila to comfortably spend the night and explore the city, I confidently recommend this option. My rating: a solid ten out of ten!
